I love Penn Station as a chain, but this location has been hit or miss for me. Last time I was there their computers went down and they spent what seemed like forever figuring it out rather than manually ringing us out (which they started to do, but decided to fix the computer instead) or comping our order. Then when we got home we found our order was wrong.

Best staff and best subs. Nico and Gabby are my favorite. Theyre very very friendly and nice. Came once and now I cant stop coming back. Highly recommended. Prices arent bad either. Thank you for such a great place. :)
