We discovered Panda Express while on a road trip. Joseph, the Manager, helped us out in a tremendous way during a very embarrassing situation; and we will always be grateful to him for his kindness! Its wonderful to know that there really ARE heroes that exist among strangers -- he proved it to us! Joseph knows how to demonstrate true hospitality within the Hospitality Industry! And the food was delicious!! If I could add a 6th star to this review, it would be for the calorie counts that are clearly displayed for each item! Thats a plus!

The quality of food is always good although the portions are very small, even smaller if you get a Premium Entree; for example, if you get Orange Chicken as an Entree youll get between 12 and 18 pieces of chicken, yet if you upgrade to a premium side like the 5 Flavor Shrimp or others you get between 3 and 6 pieces of that entrees meat, so essentially paying $1.25 extra premium price for actually less product. Ive solved this by not ordering the Premium Sides and recommend everyone else not to as well.

Ordered drive thru, was told they need a few minutes to cook noodles and asked me to park and someone would bring it out... 5 minutes later I sent my oldest in to get our food... still number food. 20 minutes later with three kids in the car... food finally comes out. I was told they accidentally gave one of my items to someone else so they had to cook more... they were apparently short staff. This has been my third time going and each time results in disappointment. Im done.

This is the WORST Panda Express I have ever been. The girl that served us was completely rude, and made a mess in our bag because she decided to throw my husbands food in the bag on top of mine. We will not be returning to this one because it is absolutely absord how the service was, and when I asked for a new bag and cookies because we DIDNT get any she threw the bag at me with the cookies in it

This place is very inefficient. There are at least 8 employees working during business hours, but only one is catering the customer at a time! I waited in line (with just three people in front of me) for 20 minutes before finally being able to order. Food is average -- Orange chicken tastes dull and dry. On multiple occasions when I go through the drive-thru, they messed up my order.

Terrible. There were 8 workers, but only one on line with a long line of customers. Everyone was just standing around. The food was sub-par. Noodles dry and tasteless, rice undercooked. As we were finishing we noticed none of the workers wear gloves and never saw them wash their hands.. But the fortune cookies were good, otherwise Id give it a zero star.

I typically regret going here... there is nothing express about it! I have been here prob 3 times in the last couple of months and each time I have waited in the drive thru for at least 15 min and THERE WAS NO LINE! Once I actually pulled around and picked up my food inside instead of waiting in the drive thru. Love the food but not worth the wait :(

Went there twice and will not be a third. First time was great service and food. This time I was served and my husbands food they had to make. When I finished my food my husbands never arrived even though they said they will deliver it to the table. Did not like the chow mein, too chewy and undercooked. We ended up with a full refund with no apology.

Four employees standing around the kitchen talking, meanwhile we waited 15 minutes for rice. No apology, no offers to compensate any food, nothing. Absolutely no sense of urgency or worry about quality of customer experience. Edit: Fortune cookies were good, 5/5. But my fortune told me to never come back to Panda Express again.. hmm..

It says they close at 9:30, but if you go through the drive thru at 9, theyre rude as hell and out of pretty much every item on the menu and refuse to make anything else. Why not close it all down at 9 considering they stop serving customers well before the closing time. Hope their wages match their work ethic. Losers.

Solid food... you get what you pay for. However, Sarah is the only one willing to help customers. Three other team members looked at me when I came in the door and turned to do other things. Sarah was the only person willing to help and she was on her dinner break.

The food is decent but avoid he drive through. It is probably the slowest drive through I have ever sat in. 15 minutes sitting at the speaker waiting to just be able to order just to turn the corner and wait another 10 at the window.
