Went to pick up a quick lunch from the buffet. Pay per container so you can really fill it... If there was anything to fill it with any options. Asked about one empty pan and told me at least 15 minutes to make. Chicken on the stick was also out and was told they dont have any right now. Probably not going there for the buffet again.

There was a very large language disconnect. While asking for directions on the phone she had no clue what I was asking and had to hand the phone off to another employee. The address in Google maps is the wrong address. The sweet and sour chicken was sub par. The egg rolls were the redeeming factor of the meal.

Food is always good, but today an employee chose to come in the dining room, sit next to us and carry on a loud conversation on her cell phone... on speakerphone... in Chinese. I could hardly have a conversation with my mom. Uuugh.

Food is good. Service is great. They are always friendly and have been so for 15+ years now and the food hasnt changed over the years like most places do...under $20 for the buffet and two drinks.

The buffet wasnt very welcoming and there were kids who were obviously children of the owners were at one table and they were on iPads playing what I think was Netflix very LOUDLY!

Locals raved about this place, but I thought it was average. Called in half hour before and still had to stand around for 10 minutes for food. Just average food. Meh.

The lady who runs that restaurant provides some of the best customer service in Steubenville. The General Taos Chicken is one of the best items on the menu.
