The food at May Cafe is that wonderful combination of healthy and delicious! I have tried many items and cannot pick a favorite, they are all that good! Salads, sandwiches, soups are unique and there are scrumptious daily options as well. If you have room (which I never do), I heard the gelato is yummy. Plan to eat out in the pretty patio/garden to enjoy a girls luncheon or romantic bite. I never eat inside. Its too small and congested (the only downside). The May Cafe is a hidden gem that I cant keep to myself. Bon appetite!

Outstanding European-style food, everything is prepared with real care by a talented cook. Sandwiches and soups are made from scratch with super-fresh ingredients. I doubt if they bake their own bread but its really great. Everything on the menu including the pastries is delicious. Prices are very reasonable. Best breakfast or lunch in Milford if you want healthy, fresh food.

A true treasure in Milford. I recommend their veggie sandwich. Quinoa chicken salad is awesome. Make sure to end your meal with the gelato with espresso (afagado? sp?). Only drawback is that it is often crowded, but that is because it is so good.

This little cafe has fresh items on the menu. There are tables inside and outside. The ladies who work the cafe are very sweet. I had chicken salad with walnuts on a croissant and it was delicious.
