We arrived around 5:30, the crowd was increasing. From order taken until time we received our food was 20 minutes. Totally unprofessional employees making sandwiches. Standing there watching them make food was incredible. I watched them stare at the computer screen and it was like they couldnt understand what it said. Seemed like every order they would yell a name and tell that person "We are out of your bread can I substitute with XYZ". Your a bread store and you dont have bread? Manager seemed to have no clue what customer service is or he would have lit a fire under them to get the orders out asap. Never returning.

Dirty entry. The air lock area was filthy, floor inside was dirty, mens restroom smelled of strong urine stench, an employee preparing food had long dreads hanging down in his face with no hat or hair net, a not so appetizing experience. Garbage cans over flowing. Ice machine empty and drink condiments were half empty. When I asked to speak with a manger a guy come out from a back room and all he could offer me in the way of explanation was, "We are short handed." I suggested that he should get himself out of the floor and help get his store in shape for his customers. Not sure that registered with this guy.

Food is good to great, however the treatment of your employees is despicable. Keeping them past their shift is over, long hours with a mini break (30 min total) on an 8-10hour shift is wrong. Please do something about that...if you want your workers to continue to work there you might choose to treat them better. Especially the reliable ones, the ones who come in and stay without complaining.

Been coming here for years, was never disappointed. BUT, over the past year the quality and overall taste of the sandwiches in particular has decreased heavily. I know youre trying to cut calories and he a "healthy" restaurant, but greatly disappointed in all the changes that affect the taste of the food.

Having been to a number of Paneras in different states and found all of them of the highest quality, I was totally unprepared for this one. It would never pass a health inspection by the state. Very dirty in work areas and the dining room. Makes you wonder if anyone is in charge.

The people that work at this Panera are wonderful & helpful. I dropped my Carrot/Pineapple smoothie in my car , ran in and asked for an empty cup to scoop out the mess. One of the workers came out with a wet cloth and a new smoothie for me! Fabulous customer service.

The food is as expected, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. Go to this location if you dont want the right order, or your food in a timely manner! Great if you like being treated badly and hate getting the food you ordered!

The workers taking orders were very rude and unfriendly. The floors were very dirty and sticky as well as the soda fountain. The soup was good but the sandwich was very mushy and soggy compared to other Panera locations

Went in this morning and ordered a dozen bagels, all different kinds and almost every one of them was cut unevenly and there was no way to add any of the gourmet cream cheese ill be going to skips bagel deli from now on

A well executed Panera. The service is done well, and I especially like how easily accessible it is when going south on Mason Montgomery. I have picked up lunch using the online ordering service many times.

Charged 1.10 for .15 cream cheese packet on a coffee and bread purchase. Has always been included on previous visits. Ask for a manager. Check your receipt.
