Ordered a simple pepperoni, sausage and cheese pizza last night at 5:30PM. Lady on the phone said it would take 25 minutes. My husband got to the store at 6:02PM and there was no pizza. He got home at 6:35 real furious. Said we are never ordering from there again! Asked him what went on and he said "I paid for the pizza like always and figured theyd give it to me. After a couple of minutes I asked wheres my pizza and the lady behind the counter kept told me, (keep in mind, he arrived at 6:02) it will be just a couple of minutes". Time passed and he kept reminding her that he was still waiting. He asked if the oven was broken or something and the lady responded by saying "we didnt know when you wanted the pizza, there was no time written on the ticket". Anyway, after waiting for what seemed like forever and with the dog in the car, he got the pizza and got home at 6:35PM. Its only a 3 to 5 minute drive from the store to our house. We sat down to eat and he said to me "be careful, it just came out of the oven" as I was taking a bite. I looked at him and laughed because the pizza was just barely warm,the cheese in the middle was not melted, and the dough was still raw. Weve never had that kind of service there before and cant figure out why, if the time wasnt written on the ticket, why didnt they call us to find out? Guess well be going to Romeos from now on ........

My family regularly order from here. Never had a problem. Untill today. We ordered a BLT sub and a Chicken Bacon Ranch sub along with my mothers pasta and some garlic bread. We got our food. And sat down to eat. My sub had no chicken. It was identical to my dads BLT. Which the old menu we had did not say the chicken sub came with lettuce or tomato. This is could over look. But when my father called back the woman said that there was in fact chicken on that sub because she made it herself. My father told her again there was not. They remade both subs and we exchanged them. My father called back and the woman said she did get the first set of subs and there was chicken on it. This woman was full of crap. Me my dad and my mom looked at these subs neither had chicken. The woman obviously made a mistake and didnt want to admit it. The delivery driver apologized but the MANAGER couldnt own up to her mistake. That is poor customer service. Needless to say we will not be ordering there again. Well drive to seville ourselves and pick up our own food. I would also like to mention that the cody and Matt Stephens mother runs this place and theyre the only ppl leaving good reviews.

This is the worst East of Chicago I have ever ordered from. I will not be ordering there again. The pizza took an hour to arrive and was cold when we got it. It was also the WRONG ORDER! When we called to get it corrected the woman on the phone told us there was no possible way a mistake could have been made on her part and that she would not do anything for us. She told us she was the owner and would rather lose customers than lose money by correcting our order. Horrible pizza and even worse customer service!

This place is incredible, my family and friends order from this East of Chicago regularly. They are always kind and quick with the order. I have been ordering from this location for what seems like the last 7-10 years and have never had a problem. Its unfortunate that the only time people feel the need to say something is when it is negative. You guys do a great job at this location. I always recommend this East Of Chicago to people in the area Keep up the great work.

There service isnt bad I never really had a problem besides sometimes there backed up a little but they deliver pretty far and I usually always give them a good tip so I dont think they mind making the drive. I think there foods good and besides slow delivery the east Chicago is 15 mins away from my house and they still deliver I like this east of Chicago its really not a bad place it sucks to hear about others expierence Ive never seen it persanally though

If I could put less of a start I would. I bought pizza and half of the cheese was missing off of my pizza. I called and the owner of the franchise refused to make it right. She told me "if you dont like it dont order from here" so Im warning you, dont order from Lodi EOC. Really bad customer service!

Cancelled after 2 hours of waiting. Shop called me on accident 30 min after pizza was due to say i was not home-i was "the next stop". 30 min after that i cancelled order.
