Ill start by saying this place has very good menu items, we have visited about 5 times since it opened. I especially like the artichoke appetizer and the beef, veal, pork meatball has great flavor. Today however, we sat at the bar at 3:45 to order a couple of drinks and appetizers. We were greeted at the door by an employee who seemed irritated when w asked to sit at the bar. Once we sat and were looking over the drink menu, the same employee who happened to be the bartender told us happy hour doesnt start for another 15 minutes. The menu clearly stated that happy hour started at 3 and I mentioned that to miss miserable who then cut me off sharply saying "it starts at 4!!!" I told her the management needs to print new menus. I asked another bartender when happy hour starts and he said 3 just like the menu says. So then I asked her about the martinis and if she could suggest a good one for me. She couldnt! After all this I had some bad memories come back of terrible and rude customer service I had at B-Spot so much so that I never returned even though my burger was delicious...it was the same person. I asked another employee if the bartender came from B-Spot and they confirmed that she did. Here is a bit of advice 3 Palms, if your bar sales go down I would start with getting rid of the scowling miss miserable behind the bar who lies about when happy hour starts.

We walked in me and my friend on Wednesday night the 14the of September and they had a soft opening that we didnt know about bc we thought it was already open with nice crowd that they had in there so we grobbed 2 menus from the hostess stand and got a seat. Keep in mind I kinda felt like some people are looking at me.. I didnt think of anything.we kept looking over the menu and the waitre came up to us saying "Im very sorry but this is our soft opener let me see if the owner can serve u guys" very politely and left.. I look over and the owner is smiling and already on his way to me and my friend saying " You guys crashing my soft opening party but u guys are more than welcome to stay ofcourse. You can eat all you want but only pay for drinks" he was very nice the whole time we were there checking on us every bit and a great waitre great food very very very tasteful and some Italian pizza that is cooked in 90 seconds in a over from Italy.very beautiful place very friendly owner may God bless ur business

I went to 3 Palms in Westlake because I love the 3 Palms in Hudson. The service at 3 Palms in Westlake is HORRIBLE. On a Wednesday night they had 1 waitress, 1 hostess and the manager (who served as a bartender) on the floor. Our server was doing the best she could being the only server in the restaurant, but obviously having to handle so many tables she could only check on us every 20 minutes. The hostess was running around taking drink orders and bussing tables so there were customers waiting to be greeted/seated for 10 minutes. The food is good here, but 3 Palms management needs to get it together! It was by far the worst service Ive ever experienced at a restaurant.

Have visited twice with my wife. The pizza is burnt on the bottom and soft on top - not a nice crispy. Wood fired ovens are great when the staff knows how to use them. This staff clearly does not. On our other visit we got the stuffed peppers and 2 glasses of wine. The bill was definitely way overpriced for what we received. In talking with someone there they mentioned how high the rent was in Crocker. If substandard food at overpriced cost is the result, put your restaurant somewhere else. And learn how to use a wood fired oven so you dont burn the heck out of the pizza. Great idea and nice atmosphere but poor quality and poor value

Three Palms is a welcome addition to the restaurant scene in Crocker Park. It offers a number of really tasty Neapolitan pizzas that are cooked in a wood-fired pizza oven. My favorites are the Frutti Di Mare (seafood pizza) and the Funghi (wild mushroom/cippolini onion pizza). The meatball plates are superb as well as the sauces to top the meatballs. If you still have any room left, be sure to try the homemade gelato - it is delicious with many sumptuous flavors offered . Give the restaurant a try - the owner, Bobby, is a very friendly guy who will welcome you with open arms!

Disappointing experience. The food at 3 Palms is not worth the price on the menu, unless youre craving a flavorless overcooked meal. The guy that introduces himself as the owner, is full of himself and contributed to the awfulness that is 3 Palms. He brags about the restaurants he "owns" and flirts with the ladies and lets them know he isnt married or tied down by children. We will not be returning and have cautioned friends and family to stay away. There are better places to eat at Crocker than 3 Palms.

Most of the reviews on here that are poorly rated are completely inaccurate so please dont take them into consideration, especially "Irine NZs." No one cares if you work in the "fashion industry" and everything you stated further is completely irrelevant. This place is great, Ive ordered well over 5 times now to say that, and I will continue to go back.

Love love love 3 palms.. I have been there several times now. Everyone very friendly. love the food... its like going to a different country. The pizzas are all wonderful. Even the one with anchovies was really good and I am not a fan of anchovies so that says a lot. Brought my children there for the holiday and we were all pleased with our meals.

Very poor service. Indifferent waiters. Probably because I have not ordered a lot? But sorry...I work in fashion industry and I have to be always in shape! To my order I did not get any seasoning or oil. No salt or pepper ,which usually expected to be on table. I had to ask twice for tomato sauce...And my pizza was burnt !!... Disappointed.

What a horrible serving experience The server was phenomenal but she was attending to all tables inside and out It took us 20 minutes to receive our first drink and we had to cancel the order for second drink after waiting 25 minutes Grossly understaffed. Manager was apologetic but blamed poor service on being understaffed.

Could not believe how quickly we were sat given the amount of people in the restaurant. Could not have been more than two minutes and the food came out about eight minutes after we ordered. Had a great experience and then when we went out told one of the co-owners who happened to be the one on check in. Lovely people and great food!

I order 2 take out pizza yesterday an American classic and pizzeria with meatball. I was expecting a similar experience with any stone oven cooked pizza. But what got was a layer or ash/burnt residue on the bottom of each slice. Suffice it to say I threw them both away and went to winking lizard that night. Terrible experience.
