Ok, Ill start by saying I give the taste of the pizza 5 stars, but the cleanliness of the employees I give 1 star. I called in my order Sunday Sept 14th around 11:30am, once I arrived I had about a 15 min wait and in those 15 min here are some of the things I noticed. If the following issues occurred in the 15 mins I was there, just imagine what its like all day and with no customers watching. Oh, and I did not see a manager on staff. Concerns: 1. Employee coming on shift did not wash his hands before starting his work station. 2. Employee did not change gloves after working the cash register. 3. Employee answered her cell phone while prepping a food order and handled her phone with her gloves and did not change gloves afterwards. 4. Employee let out a loud belch while prepping food. 5. Employees looked as if they just came in from a night of partying not ideally dressed or cleaned for work. 6. No hair nets for head or face. 7. Employee did not change gloves the whole time I was there, and he was all over the restaurant handling everything from food to cash register.

Great customer service! Though they were busy Jeremiah quoted an accurate pick-up time. When I got home some of the topping on my 1/2 and 1/2 pizza were mixed up. When I called Jeremiah he apologized for the mix up and remade the pizza for me. he also gave me an order of garlic knots for the inconvenience of having to drive back up there. It is always nice to see managers take customer service seriously.

Every time we order, the food is delivered late. And i dont mean a couple minutes, sometimes we call an hour later and still havent received it. Its always oh were very busy, or the driver is ring behind. Last time we ordered online and they told us they never received the online order. The food is great, but the pot heads running the store suck out loud.

Austin said it was not possible to order a pizza 15 minutes before they closed. Not sure why they dont advertise their closing time 15 minutes earlier than they do. Thanks Austin...your the man...and thanks for refusing to give me the name of your manager....hope you got to your house party on time...

Great pizza but....you claim to deliver to the shores, 64th ave is not the end of shores. It goes on for miles after that and you are losing business not delivering to us. Guess Baseline Pizza likes it that way though.

My all time favorite pizza shop. My family has been buying 5 star pizza for over 10 years. Always great. The pepperoni powerhouse seems like it used to have more toppings on it back in the day but its still great.

Prompt delivery. Pizza crust very undercooked and tasteless . Pepperoni very greasy - actually ran off slices and pooled on plate. This is so bad it should not be called pizza.
