I really tried with this place...I went to this restaurant on the suggestion of a chef whom is employed there. He raved about how fantastic the food was and price points. So on a lunch break I went over to check it out. I walked through the door and was immediately greeted by a female bartender. She was very friendly and helped me navigate the new menu. The food came quick and was delicious. I really enjoyed that experience. So much so that I talked all of my coworkers into ordering from there the next week. I rounded up around 12 orders. I called to order and was transferred to 4 different people then placed on hold for 35 mins. (This after I called the resturant phone number listed on the site and no one answered so I was forced to call hotel number) In trying to understand things happen and give them the benefit of the doubt, I drove there to order in person. Once again I walk in...but this time NO ONE was there, so I waited about 10 minutes still no one, then I left. (Lunch) At this point I am disappointed and embarrassed to say the least. #HANGRY I vow to never order from The Hub again...But today against my better judgement I went there again...walk through the front door and again (surprise) no one was there. Okay, deep breath I take a seat at the bar....2 mins, 5 mins, 7 mins nothing! So I walked out disappointed and angry...again. Everyone was just standing around talking with other coworkers, UPS guy you know...whoever. Please dont try this place for lunch until they get more staff. THEY AT LEAST NEED A GREETER at the door. You will go back to work late and hungry! Trust this to be true! Bty THE HUB is missing out on a great customer base with METROHEALTH having to loctions across the street.

I am not sure about the bad reviews for this place. I ate here on a Friday night and it wasnt crowded at all. There was probably 10-13 people in there. The service was quick, the staff was extremely friendly and personable, and the food was really surprisingly good! I had the fried chicken sandwich and I loved it!
