Decent food, but the staff is dumber than a box of rocks. I like roosters but this location is horrible. 5th time coming there and every time i have had my order messed up, charged more than what i was told was going to be the total and i get 4 different prices before they can finally agree on what i was supposed to pay. Last time on a pickup order i ordered extra chicken and asian vinnegrette(what the person on the phone recommended) got a total of 8$ when i got there after the 15 minutes they quoted,me it to be done, i had to pay 9 dollars and then they still said they didnt add the extra chicken wich was going to be 10 something . ok, i didnt even mind that so much as i couldnt stand the fact that i waited 10 more,minutes for the salad to finish and then they told,me about the extra cost and they didnt even add it to the salad they said i would wait another 15 minutes to get it. Ridiculous. And to top it off the person at the counter told me they didnt even have asian vinegrette anymore.

Came here for my birthday and well, it didnt go as expected. We ordered at 10:00 , we got a couple wings, fries and a burger. I got one burger. My siblings got their wings within 10 min. Around 10:30 my parents got their wings and started eating since I was told my burger was on its way. I waited 15 more min for a burger!!!!!!! I got the burger at 10:45 pm! Im not playing. Im not exaggerating either. When I got it ,I asked for the manager and she came. She told me the ticket was ringed in at 10:22. But still 23 min for a burger? I got it for free but I didnt eat with my family as expected. She also acted like making it free would change everything. I ate the burger in 5 min, once I was done we left. Waitress was nice and Im not going to blame her for the kitchens incapability to cook a burger and wings within reasonable timing. Btw it was not busy. Its a Wednesday night. I regret coming here. Terrible ending to my day.

I love roosters wings so much that Ill be back, but our waitress was terrible. Im a server,I get it you are tired, sometimes guests can be rude, things happen. But when Im at work I put on a smile and do my job. I shouldnt have to stop you to get something I need, I should be offered refills, boxes etc. I expect to receive service, not an eye roll and to watch you sit in the corner on your phone with some dude. I shouldve taken the dollar back that I tipped out of guilt and left the penny on the table. Im not going to name the server although I should. And there was another girl who left the bathroom without washing her hands. Im not one to complain, but come on. Wings were delicious as usual though :-)

Every Roosters gets 5 stars. Ive been to so many and youre guaranteed to get the same great service, cheap tasty bar food, and beautiful friendly wait staff. (Ive never seen a male server at any location.) They have the best wings ever if you order anything hotter than "hot". At hot or below they taste great but they get more oily as they get more mild. The non-traditional flavors are not oily though. Above "hot" youll taste a fantastic pepper taste. Its worth it to acclimate yourself to each new level of heat so you get a bolder richer flavor without singeing your taste buds. This is one of the cheapest places around, and youll always leave happy.

If you have not eaten at Roosters you have not lived. My absolute favorite for wings. I am a boneless fan, but regular wings are amazing as well. They have a ton of meat, not like other wing places where it is mostly breading. The breading has a great consistency, and really compliements the sauces. They also offer a great variety of sauces to choose from. My favorites are Sweet Thai Chili and Donkey mixed with Carolina Gold... Ooooooh man... Your state buds will be thanking you every bite. Not to mention the tater tots! I give it a solid 5 stars. You will never want to go to another wing place ever again. Roosters will change your life!

Pro: cheap food. Cons: it was 15 minutes before we saw our waitress, and 40 minutes after that to get our food, served by someone else. The chicken, apparently a specialty, was dry and bland. The sauces tasted as if they were squeezed from a gallon jug. The food had no personality, but if youre there to watch the game and dont care about quality I suppose thats fine. In my opinion if youre in the area spend a bit more and go to Smoq or Pappaduex and you wont regret it.

We have been to the Springboro roosters and also the Miamisburg roosters.. THIS rooster sucks! The service was awful and the cooks were eating while cooking and also didnt wear gloves! The staff also seemed to all gather in a corner like they werent at work just to talk and be loud. Our food took over 45 min to get and they werent busy at all. Dont waste your time at this roosters.. drive to the Springboro location!

Took 40 min to get some deep fried food and then of course the wings were dry, had to ask for extra sauce and then got a order wrong and then a lady who might have been the manager (not sure) asked if I wanted her to fix it so i said "Im afraid to say YES cause of how long it took to get our food" lets just say I wont be back at all. The ones in Dayton are way better then here

Was easy to get a table for four. Not very busy, service was average, took longer to get our food than we wanted. Server indicated that the tbe kitchen was backed up. Food was was what you would expect. Restroom was a mess. Stall door could not lock and you can see that someone with no experience tried to fix it with no luck.

Service was okay. Food mediocre. The woman (girl) at the front cash register was consistently leaning on the counter doing nothing to be productive. When guest came in the door she didnt even stand up straight to greet them. Seriously? Where are good ethics, common courtesy and customer service? Obviously not here.

Best wings in the city! Cooked perfectly, and theyre WHOLE WINGS! not those one-bite-and all-the meat-gone-wings. They have a large variety of other menu items too , besides wings. the staff is always great. Its great for hanging with friends or adult time and drinks, or family time. I cant say anything bad about it!

A group of my friends and I all go to roosters every week and it is always a blast! Servers are delightful, food is great, wait is not too long, music is fun but not too loud, bathrooms are clean, I would say come check it out for a night of sports watching or hanging out with some friends! Its great.

Have been to this location multiple times, every time the boneless wings are super crispy an dry, soaked in lots and lots of sauce, and last time going potato skins came out cold. I love roosters boneless wings, but this location is sub par for roosters, highly recommend miamisburg roosters!
