The sliders are absolutely disgusting. No taste, gray patties, soggy bread. I could have gotten better quality and flavor at McDonalds. I was hungry after skipping breakfast & walking all day and I threw my sliders in the trash. The tables in this restaurant were all nasty and an irate customer tried to kick the door in while I was in line. The crew was friendly, efficient and polite and handled everything well. If I was rich, id pay them all to work somewhere else.

I see alot of the reviews for poor ratings. This is White Castles people not a 5 star restaurant. White Castles is normally known for cheap late night I am drunk food ". I visited this location on a Sunday around 2pm. Ordered 2 jalapeño cheeseburgers and small orange drink. Took more than 5 minutes. But when I got my food it was fresh and hot. Although next time I will probably order OnLine to avoid such a long wait. I gave them 4 stars. I WILL BE BACK.

Food was standard White Castle, greasy cheap burgers, which is crap or great depending on what youre expecting. The food takes longer than expected, there were a lot of people just standing around waiting for their food to get out. I also had to ask for my drink twice. Also when I gave them a $20 for my meal, they asked if I had smaller bills, which was weird. They dont accept bills over $20.

I suspect that as a NYer one either loves or hates Whit Castle. I am in the love camp. The sweet and savory sliders are probably a heart attack waiting to happen, but I still have them occasionally. This is the place that has them. The service is solid, if a bit slow. And the store should be cleaned a little more regularly. Most of the staff is usually hard at work churning out food.

I was really expecting something more than a measly patty stuck between two stale buns. Did I also mention that I had to wait 10 minutes for my order to be ready? I only had two people ahead of me! I was expecting White Castle to be at least better than McDonalds (guess not!); Harold and Kumar must have been really high to be able to finish eating these burgers!

The characters these employees have to deal with on a daily basis is astounding from the rude to the down right crazy so it is somewhat forgivable when I sat in the dining area pretty soon after it was opened back up that it seemed pretty dirty from the previous night and remained that way for the remainder of my 2 or 3 hour stay.

Big fan of the Harold and Kumar movie series so seeing this place brought a huge smile to my face. Got four classic tiny burgers plus fries. Nothing special about the food. Service was not particularly friendly. Glad I got to experience the place but probably not coming back.

Something amazing between how customers, staff, and the neighborhood all interact. I love White Castle, and received good service here but 30 seconds earlier I swore my cashier was going to beat down the previous customer.

The store is missing chairs and doesnt look so clean. The only drinks they had available were Coke, Diet Coke, Iced tea. I asked for bottled water and they didnt even have that. Worst White Castle I have ever been to.
