Unhelpful staff, mostly preoccupied by singing music that is playing on the stereo system instead of helping customers & working in a timely manner to fulfill orders. Takes a very long time to order & pay, due to having one register for checkout. Items are usually not fresh, tend to be stale, and they are always running low on items such as bagels, croissants etc. (even at 8:30 AM). Overall a total 1/5 stars.

Ive tried all the coffee places within a block or more of here (there are MANY choices) and this has the best drip coffee, good italian (espresso, cappuccio), but also the most expensive. Service is usually good, but can get backed up when theres a building shuttle about to leave.
