An employee stole a debit card from a 78 year old woman, charged over $200 by charging $19.48 about 11 times. Now the district manager will not return the phone calls from the victim. By the way the victim was there buying instant coffee to take with her on a church mission when she was ripped off

Great staff at all times of the day. They know how to cater to each customer individually. After a long day its nice to walk in before they close and get a good laugh from the night crew. Great fast service.

Staff is friendly, fast service, my coffee orders are done correctly with no mistakes. The only downside is that the lobby is very small and there is often a cluster of people waiting for their drinks.
