One of two solid third-wave coffeeshops in downtown JC (the other being Warehouse). I judge a coffeeshop by their espressos and macchiatos, not by their seasonal lattes, and this place is consistent and delicious. Super friendly staff, too.

This place is the best coffee in Jersey City. Love their charming, no nonsense coffee bar and the quiet courtyard at the back is perfect to unwind and read while having coffee and their amazing banana bread.

Very solid espresso and drip made from Counter Culture beans. Decent but pricey selection of baked goods that sell quick in the morning. If you want real coffee, one of the few options in JC.
