I really wanted to like this place. I enjoy eating healthy and there isnt much in this area. I ate here ten times. 7 of the ten times I had an issue with my food. I approached the manager about the bottoms of the turkey meatballs that are uneatable. He agreed and stated they are made earlier, reheated by microwave and get hard. After getting hard brown rice then cold brown rice. I realized the food isnt even prepared on the premise. I think they get prepared food from there other location and reheat it here. Food a $12-14. lunch there are better places to eat. please try it yourself and see if you agree.

We live in the neighborhood and saw voucher deal to go here. We attempted to use it this evening and were unable. The MANAGER stated that they no longer honor this prepaid voucher. Despite it being well before the expiry. Despite the fact we had already paid for it. Despite no one contacting me to refund my money. He was neither unapologetic nor accommodating to keep us in his restaurant. We went down the street to Evolution Burger and had delightful service and tasty food. Screw Muscle Maker Grill. Thats no way to treat customers.

I love the chocolate peanut butter shake, it tastes amazing and contains 40g of proteins. The meals are healthy and especially great in the defintion phase. They should open another grill on upper east side.

Be careful what you order. BBQ Chicken Sandwich came with no BBQ sauce at all (only chicken). Broccoli was simply boiled, no seasoning at all. My company will not order from them again.

Been to many locations. This being the worst. Almost always gets orders wrong and food tastes like microwaved food as opposed to fresh like the other locations. Highly disappoinred
