We got the rectangular 24 piece pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms. It was fabulous. There was no skimping on the topping and despite the pizza being fully loaded with toppings, the crust was thick enough so you could pick up a slice and handle it to eat it.....no need to roll it into an enchilada like people do with thin crust pizza. Also, the pizza was conveniently packaged into two separate boxes with half of the pizza in each easy to handle box instead of one gigantic box like many places use where the box is so big, it wont even fit in my car. We froze leftover pizza and reheated at a later date and got like 3 meals out of this pie.

We ordered thin crust at 630, waited 50 minutes for delivery. It came thick and slightly under cooked. Tried calling at 730 when we discovered their mistake but got a busy signal. Tried several more times from 730 to 745 but kept getting a fax machine. Guess they didnt want to pick up despite not closing until 8pm on Sundays. Hope they will make this right the next day they are open!!! Meanwhile, no pizza for us since we cant eat thick crust that isnt fully cooked.

We ordered delivery. I asked for light sauce, and extra cheese on our pizza. When our pizza was delivered there was a significant amount more sauce than cheese. We also ordered wings. Apparently boneless wings means chicken nuggets. Ive never seen a chicken wing in the shape of a square unless it came from Tyson or Perdue. Not to mention they were very dry, and very over cooked. Thoroughly less than impressed. Dont waste your time, or money.

Best baked rigatoni (with ricotta throughout)-in the area. Great chicken parm. and their grilled chicken sub are superb. Pizza is good -- crust is very good. Great delivery service--delivers to Rexford which is appreciated. Priced a little higher than the rest in the area, but you can see the difference in quality--their food is worth it. Also, they always get the order right--that is big with me.

The garlic parm wings are amazing as is the ckn parm pizza! The staff is very friendly and helpful. We are making it a tradition to stop here after dance class at The Kings Dancers. The only drawback is that to use a restroom, you need to leave and go to the laundromat next door.

Food was COLD. I ordered chicken parm with spaghetti and asked for light sauce. It was smothered. Sauce tasted very bitter and like someone over did the oregano. The garlic bread was rubbery and tasted just old. For 16.07 my meal should have been correct!!!! Very disappointed

Where is Pizza Works food in town dont ever go there the pizzas nasty soggy and the dough was super chewy like it wasnt cooked and the people were not friendly and the place was filthy inside. I will never give them my business ever again

Their wings are my favorite in the area, hands down. Currently they have a Wednesday might dinner special in the chicken parm for ~$8, which has 2 big pieces of chicken in it. I can usually make two food meals out of it. Delicious.

the food is great! but service is sometimes terrible. We are calling on a Thursday at lunchtime for delivery and no one is picking up the phone, their hours clearly state that they are open Thursdays 11am-9pm.

This crust is unlike any other in the Capital Region. We travel over 40 minutes just for a slice of their amazing pizza. I love the white broccoli pizza they do. The calzones are simply orgasmic.

Excellent Italian mixed cold sandwiches. Home made bread, flavorful, thickly sliced meat. Much better than Ruggerios! On-par or better than DiBellas in Latham.
