We came for a breakfast and ended up having brunch. Its a place to sit and have a conversation, or write or think.. get some time away from time.. Food, I tried vegetarian options , is really fresh. It doesnt feel heavy like other pancakes or bakery places. One should try their mini pancakes. It looks so like padega in my home cuisine. Tastewise, best pancakes I have had. Lite on maple syrup, lite on powdered sugar. Cuppacino, is just perfect here. I enjoyed it having it in the bow-like cups. Do try the pain au chocolat, its again not too sweet, not too buttery yet superb in taste. May be have it lil warm, it would make it more yummm. If you are not a sweet-tooth person, but like pancakes, crossaints, and live in New York, this place is a must visit.

The quality of food served at this chain restaurant tends to be pretty consistent. Certainly of the ones Ive visited in NYC and London. This particular downtown location is very large and has outdoor seating. Which was where I sat for my 2 dessert lunch of lemon tart and a waffle. Both were good. The service was efficient and my waiter was nice too. Managed to finish my lunch very quickly and get back to my workplace without any problems.

Had a great experience! The waitress Maria was outstanding and extremely friendly. The barista Elijah made me a great hot chocolate. I usually dont write reviews but after an experience this good, I have to praise this store. Also big thanks to Stefani for sitting us down almost immediately during their busiest hour. Overall great service, great food. First time here and most definitely not the last.

Great French Bistro but a bit pricey. Theres ample indoor and outdoor seating. Unlike restaurant around Stone St., you dont feel crushed by other diners. Its crowded but the food is great. The wait staff are helpful and attentive. I go here for business lunches and most people are impressed with this casual restaurant.

Excellent food and comfortable environment. The service was a little lacking, took a while before anyone even notified clwe sat down. My table daily stew and the salmon salad. Both were delicious. The spiced cider was also nice. Prices were very reasonable.

Food fine. Take-out staffed by a zombie. 10 minutes for baguette and butter;; no other customers. Server kept having to leave to ask someone else what to do. Knife, napkins, butter.. Its like nobody had ever asked for those items before.

Food was pretty good, service was abysmally slow. Water was never refilled, we were the only people in the restaurant when we finished our mains and they didnt even offer us dessert or coffee, had to go up and ask.

Quiche is delicious but the menu as in general is a bit pricey...esp those fancy treats from the bakery. Coffee is really good and I LOVE the mugs! Overall a nice place the a coffee or quick breakfast :)

Terrible service. The waiter complained about the tips asking for more. Plus 7.50 dollars for a bottle of water from the tub. Worst experience ever. Never again in this place.
