Got a "Heat and Serve" holiday meal set here (feeds 12 people). Very good value for the quantity, convenience, and variety. Food pickup operation seemed well organized, and there were some complimentary snacks while waiting to fulfill order. There was a minor order fulfillment mistake which we caught by double checking the contents before leaving. Also some inconsistencies between the online heating directions and what we had. But we improvised and all was fine. We would order Boston Market for Thanksgiving (or other holiday meal) again. Positive experience.

I dont know why New Yorkers hate chain restaurants like Boston Market. The food here is actually okay, with healthy servings of chicken and sometimes-interesting sides like cornbread and (overcooked) green beans. This location, though, is definitely on the Avoid list. Its just not clean or attractive, and you can say that about the clientele as well.

Great affordable option in the area if you are not in the mood for fast food but can get it just as fast. Famous for the home cooked type of meals, you can literally just get full on their extensive list of sides. Theres a lower level for additional seating but I would avoid using the bathroom there if possible.

I was surprised to find this place. I thought Boston Market had shut down/went bankrupt. I always loved their side dishes. Still make them awesomely there. Only issue I had was their soda fountain area was rather messy and there was a severe lack of non-carbonated drinks.

Food was magnificent!!!...better than comfort food...got half a chicken w/ 2 sides & cornbread for $7.50...& service was excellent, even when seniors were taking there time to decide food and holding up the line...found a new place to attend regularly :)

I ordered online to pick up. I had the option to pay at the restaurant, so I didnt have to type a card into the system, which I appreciated. The food was done before the estimated time and it was delicious. Nicely priced too.

The staff is very friendly, and the food is usually fresh. You cant beat the price in Manhattan, but they dont always have all the side dishes available. Hot sauce is hit or miss at this locstion

My mother and I make this a regular stop when she has nearby medical appointments. The food is always fresh and tasty and the staff is nice and very accommodating of my 93-year old mother.

Absolutely impossible to relax inside due to INCREDIBLY LOUD MUSIC!!! Did you ever try dining in this place in peace? Dont. Cause there isnt any... food isnt bad though...
