After the whole thing about Chipotle making people sick had me a little off but Im a fan and o went for it any ways I ordered what I always get and guac and the guac was not fresh I couldnt tell when they put it on my burrito and they forgot to give me the guac on the side so after takin the first few bite I can taste the the guac wasnt fresh it was like if I saved my borrito .. so I went back to just get my money back for the guac and I looked and I could see some brown I told the workers and they said It good I told them it did not taste fresh and there was some brown in the guac from staying out for to long Im a big fan of the guac they still served the people with the food is was a bunch left not cool this was my first time at this location I come to the mall and eat all the time but dont kno if I will go there any time soon

I really dont like doing reviews like this , but mind to say that i usually go to this location due to thats close to my house. I stopped by today around 4:30pm and there was a big line and regardless of that employees were friendly and nice . I seem to pass by without a problem but i feel welcome when the cashier that was there today greets me with " hi , how are you ?" 2 Veggie bowls and diet coke ? its very nice people remeber you. Employees thank you

I put in a complaint about how there were practically no chips in my bag. I told them I would pay for more and she told me all they had was a small baby chip portion. The lady Jan was very rude and Im shocked that they have this lady as a cashier. Needless to say I wont be eating at this restaurant ever again.

I had a great experience at this Chipotle, with great customer service that is a standard across all Chipotles. One of the few options for gluten free vegetarians to eat at Montgomery Mall, so this place is greatly appreciated.

Rude disrespectful employees. The line workers laugh at customers walking by. Every day I walk past, I see it.
