I am a regular client of pizza hut at columbia pike, falls church. I cant believe that the manager treated me like I was ordering for the first time. I went to pick up my pizza today with my wings. The big surprise was that when i got home the pizza i ordered was the wrong one and the wings were sooo dry and they didnt even bother to add some foil paper to keep them warm. I called and the manager told me that she was going to give me a 5 dollar credit. Then i asked to change my pizza to bring the one i ordered and she said NO. That i had to go back to pick it up. I said: why i was going to do a double trip when they are the ones that did the mistake??? I think this manager didnt get a proper manager training. She is supposed to make your clients happy and satisfied. The best part was when she told me to go pick it up and to take it or leave it. That was super rude. Those words can only come from a manager that is not well trained. She doesnt know anything about taking care of a business. Sorry pizza hut you need a better manager.

Muy mal servicio y para variar la persona que te esta atendiendo termina de atenderte en caja y va a cocinar sin tan siquiera tomarse la molestia de lavarse las manos, el cajero tal parese que uno de cliente lo esta molestando al ordenar pues dice que esta muy ocupado sarcasticamente, definiitivamente muy mal servicio en lo absoluto

Im really disappointed what the performance of this Pizza Hut. We dont eat there very often maybe once every 4-6 months but every time its been a let down. We pay extra to get extra cheese on one pizza and when it comes out its still has bald spots where there is not a single spec of cheese much less extra. Theres no sense in putting in special request if no one looks at them. Stick to Paisanos, its the best pizza on Little River Turnpike

This is the worse pizza business in the world,it doesnt matter if you order online they wont show up to deliver your order and wont answer the phone to give you an explanation,if you manage to order by phone like I just tried now they told me that delivery time was 2 hours is Saturday 12:30pm OMG

They got my order wrong. Offered me a $10 credit when i paid more than that. Reason being is because it was partical incorrect mistake...or they can remake the pizzas but i would have to go back there and pick it up...this place is a joke ran managed by unqualified 20 year old kids. Ugh!!

Bad customer service, i asked if i could swap toppings to bacon form meatballs they said sure but still have to pay for extra topping. No good did not get there pizza rather go to big papa pizza where there meat loves is 6 topping not 4 like this place
