Saturday night in the big city. Food on the buffet line was mislabeled and questionable as to the serving temperature. Like many restaurants in these small towns a table spoon seems to be the answer to the one spoon fits all philosophy. Quality of the food was horrible.

We ordered the buffet. There were several items that needed filled. I told our waitress and she immediately went over to buffet to see what needed filled and told the cooks in the kitchen. The food was hot and tasted wonderful!!

The food is pretty decent. Its my favorite Chinese food restaurant in town. They pretty much always have the same stuff at the buffet and the staff is very friendly. Its also reasonably priced.
