I was on my way back from Des Moines to Iowa city. My bus of soldiers stopped to get gas here at the Kum and go/subway. Being up since 5 without eating and not really wanting gas station food I decided to go into the subway on the other side of the building. When I went inside I was waiting for a solid 10 minutes without anyone behind the counter then had to leave because my bus was about to leave and I didnt want to get left behind. There was no sign or anything indicating where the employee went. 2 other customers and I called out if anybody was there no response. Very disappointed with this subway gives a bad name for other subways.

I was very happy with my order and the service I received! I ordered multiple platters for a birthday party. Everything tasted great and looked very professional!

Standard Subway experience. Decent service well maintained store. A little short on proper seating. Staff are courteous and friendly.
