My husband and I were staying at the hotel across the street on business and decided to try this place. Biggest mistake we made this whole trip! It was awful. I ordered Nachos. The lettuce was brown, and the chips were complete mush. My husband ordered a build-your-own combo with rice and beans. The main entrees were bland and the rice was both burnt and mushy and the beans were flavorless. I sent back the nachos and asked for a menu to order something else because I was told that "thats just the way the nachos are." The manager stopped by the table to see why I sent the nachos back, and when I told him, he rolled his eyes at me and said "Pshhhh" as he walked away from my table. He was incredibly condescending and rude. The salsa was more like tomato soup with no flavor. It was 6:30 on a Sunday evening and the place was not busy at all, unless you were at the bar. You must have to be drunk to be able to stomach the food. Its sad when my favorite thing I ordered was the water with a twist of lemon!

I have loved Cancun for years. However, the last time we went the service was very poor, in fact if you asked for anything the attitude the server gave you told you not to ask for anything else again. Normally thats not the case, great food, great service, nice location and out door space.

Went to dinner on a Friday evening and was seated promptly. Didnt get service or drink order for over 10 minutes - left before it was taken. VERY DISAPPOINTING! There are many other quality Mexican restaurants to spend my money and I did!

Service was horrible on a table of ten. Adults got their food before the 4 children waiter was a ghost the entire time no silverware, refills until demanded but manager did take care of us so 2stars otherwise it would have been 1star

My girlfriend and I were new to town and this was the first place we went to eat and it was absolutely amazing from the drinks to the food to the service. I recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area!!

The absolute best Mexican food I ever ate , very reasonable and service is the best . Worth going out of your way to eat. Loved loved the margarita! I will be back soon

The Gold Margarita was amazing. The Flautas were very good bit too much. 4 taco sized flour tortillas is a bit much for one person. A shared meal would be good here.

The bartenders/servers were great. We were a loud wedding party and they were super helpful and patient the whole time! The food was also delicious, of course.
