Great place for ice cream and ice cream cakes! I loved the cold stone from my hometown so it was only natural that I would fall in love with the store here as well after moving. The remarkable thing about this Cold Stone is the friendliness of the employees. After approximately three visits over a few weeks the staff had memorized my "typical" order and greeted me with a smile each time. I also recently ordered a cake from the store and requested some unusual specifications and they were very open and willing. Plus the cake turned out delicious and beautiful!

I have been there four times. Three times to order a malt and they did not know what a malt was. The other time I went I ordered a brownie sundae and it did not have a brownie in it, I didnt notice until I was several blocks away and didnt bother going back. It seems like the size of their menu coupled with the high turnover of their staff makes these sorts of errors to be more common. Its not rocket science.

Dont recommend. The lady that helped me didnt greet me at all and she didnt measure the ice cream so it was too much for the cup and it was overflowing and all over the cup she didnt even attempt to wipe it off. Then even though the price was 4.49 on the board I was charged 5.82 and didnt get the chance to confront them about it because the empolyee was no where to be found.

The service is good and the ice-cream is, too. A couple of flavors I tried were somewhat unnatural in their taste, though. This location has a very popular and excellent local Whiteys about a minute walk away- dont ignore that one.
