My wife and I went to this Panera for a quick cup of coffee over some morning work. We walked in holding hands and continued to do so at the register. Lillian, a TRAINER for the location, did not say anything, frowned at us, and waited for us to order in silence. We paid and sat down. A heterosexual couple came in seconds behind us; Lillian was very friendly and warm to them- a marked change from her demeanor with us. It is clear that this location needs to integrate some cultural competency training into their employment, or maybe put the other staff, Bambi, at the helm. She was nothing but nice to us and has been in the past. This Panera is right by my office, so I am a pretty frequent coffee drinker- I am not sure I will be giving them my business in the future.

Truly a depressing experience. I ordered the turkey apple cheddar sandwich which was completely unedible. It was so disassembled that it was impossible to even pickup. Not to mention I was uninformed it came with some strange sauce that has a very strong lemony zing to it. I personally dont like that but I can see the appeal. It just bothers me It didnt mention neither the cole slaw nor the sauce on the item description. Then I had an autumn squash "soup" as it was called; It was anything but a soup. It seemed like literally pureed baby food thrown in a bowl and served slightly cold. I will not be coming back.

The half sandwich and cup of soup was great. The cashier was friendly. But all of the tables needed wiped down. Its 2pm. They appear short handed. Of the 3 people I could see. Only 2 wore a hat. Their ponytails were not braided or in hair nets while prepping. Items visible to customers on the floor behind counter. The only real complaint I have is customer view not being clean.

They never have any bread! I do not understand this but they are always out. And when I call in the morning to reserve the bread they dont actually reserve it. Ive gotten told by an employee that I must have called a different Panera. What the heck? I know what Panera I called. Not only that, it has happened very single time. I will never go to this Panera again.

Service is good, food is good. Im a student so I look for good places to study. The only thing that keeps me from making this place my normal spot is the internet is so spotty. Sometimes great, other times Im struggling to get a connection. Until it gets better Java House is getting my buisness.

The people were warm and welcoming...thats where it turns south. I ordered 2 sandwiches... I recieved 1. The bread was rock hard to the point it actually cut the roof of my mouth...the meat still had ice in the layers...I will not be going back to this location.

Always has great tasting and fresh food options, and the workers are always friendly too. The only thing is that the wait for food can take a little while, especially during peak hours. Otherwise, its a nice stop for fresh food.

Good food and good service. I like that I can always get the yummiest macaroni and cheese for my three year old. He loves it and that makes the visit much more enjoyable.
