Ive been to multiple Panera locations across the United States. This by far has been one of the worst locations yet. The place was not busy at all but yet the tables were dirty and china drop off location was full and dirty. Two employees behind the counter and the one dropping off food got into an argument and were yelling at each other. How unprofessional? Seemed as if there was no management around. Placing my order was both awkward and time consuming at this location. Wasnt even asked if I had a My Panera Card. The underneath of the tables was dirty and filled with trash at some of the tables. Employees are way too loud. You can have fun at work and carry on a conversation without being loud and making the customer feel unwelcome. There are many places to go out and enjoy a nice and healthy meal yet I chose Panera because Ive never had a bad experience until now. Hopefully this is an eye opener for this location. Will defiantly not be returning here after my experience today 01/17/2016.

The cashiers are trashy trailer park people who smell like ciggarete smoke and cant seem to get your order right. Plus it literally took the food prep people 12 minutes to tast a plain bagel - probably because all the employees in sight were too busy leaning their dirty saggy denim clad butts agaings the registers and gossiping. Worst panera Ive ever been to. The cashier yawned in my face and then criticised the companys products- so unprofessional and embarrassing.

This was the filthiest food place I have seen for a long time. I have NEVER seen a Panera dirty. FILTHY. The employees were all standing behind the far counter talking and goofing off. Where was the manager? Even the windows were filthy. Food all over tables and whole floor. I will never go there again. Thought Panera was always a safe place to eat.

No customer service. Lady with the green hair is rude. They stand around gossiping, dont acknowledge you. I looked right at the lady with the green hair and said "good morning" with no response. Seriously? Behind the counter looks disgusting and do they wash their hands? Bathrooms are clean so thats a plus. Wait to get your food is not worth it.

Sad that I even have to give them 1 star. After asking for an iced mocha they remade my drink 2 times. The first was made hot. The second was the most bitter sip I have ever had. We went back to ask if they would sweeten it and the girl was so rude and sarcastic. She literally walked away. Wow! The food was good, but the service was a BUMMER!

Food is insanely over priced. Once had to wait 45 min in the drive thru because the service was so slow Once you get to a certain point with your car there is not enough room to get out. Once at the window I waited another 10 min and the person gave me my food without an apology about the 55 minutes of my life I just wasted.

I always love the food here, especially the mac and cheese. But a couple of items that my family and I really miss are the shrimp roll and the butter noodles. The butter noodles was my little sisters favorite, so now its hard to find something that she likes. Everything else though is great!

Fabulous, over-the-top service. I have some bizarre allergies and the woman at the register brought the binder of all ingredients around to our side of the counter and helped me find something. She was never rude or huffy and seemed eager to help. Very impressed!

Place is always super busy, they never seem to have enough employees. The tables dont get cleaned very fast. Food is actually very good but insanely overpriced for what is. 8 or 9 dollars for a few spoonfuls of soup and a small sandwich?
