out of 30 dryers 10 were broke out of 10 big washers 6 were broke out of 24 washers 7 were broke Soap dispenser out of order The person on duty was very pleasant but unknowlegible of making a ham/cheese bagel, never made one before. A person should know how to make anyhting that is listed on the menu. With so many machines broke, who knows when you get done with laundry.... we did not need to use the dryers... but if you do be patient. Will not be trying this again, if the owners do not care about their buisness, why should I.

The coffe house is great. But the laundry room is terrible. The kids corner is trashed and the carpet is horribly stained. My clothes fell out of the dryer because they dont have latches like they used to. The bathroom smells horrible and are unsanitary. The machines work good but everything else is not what in my opinion should be.

WOW! What a huge change. This place has turned around, most of the machines are working now, and clothes now dry in one cycle. Unbelievable service during the week days. Good food, and hot sandwiches! This is a 180 degree turn around by the new manager!.

Had to make an emergency visit because our dryer had broke down - was surprised to see that out of 33 washers there were MAYBE 10 in operation - many dryers were on the fritz too - glad I dont have to do this each week but feel sorry for those that do.
