Oh my goodness. This place has amazing Pad Thai! My mom and I were visiting Coe College and grabbing a bite to eat on our way home. I suggested Thai and quickly searched up Cafe Fuzion. When we squeezed into the restaurant, a huge birthday celebration was occurring, a party of over 30 people. The birthday guy was courteous and told the owners to put all other guests before them to make sure no business was lost. Despite a steady stream of take out orders, we were seated and immediately had drinks and menus. After about a 10 minute wait, I was served the best Pad Thai I have ever enjoyed and my mom loved the curry noodles. Ive been to Kinaree in Joplin and Thai Spice in Webb City (my favorite before it closed down), but Cafe Fuzion has earned an undying place in my stomach, and the quickest way to my heart. This is a clean establishment with Asian owners and tasteful decorations. 10/10 would go again.

This is by far one of my favorite restaurants in the Des Moines area. The first time I ate at this restaurant I was immediately sold on the customer service of the husband/wife team in the restaurant. Their passion for engaging the customer and even up selling unique menu items was well received. I also found the plating/presentation to be quite lovely. It was a complete package. Since my first visit I feel subsequent visits have been hit or miss. I think in the last 6 months to a year they have began training a few new people. When Molly and the older gentleman are absent...it shows in the service and in the quality of the food. I know change takes time and I will give this restaurant time to grow and train. I only hope that new staff does not stop striving to better themselves.

This is simply one of the best Asian restaurants in the city. The menu is diverse, with dishes from across Asia; fried rice, pad thai, pho, curry and stir-fries, just to name a few. The appetizers and soups (THE Tom Kah is DELICIOUS) are made with fresh, top quality ingredients; all the raw veggies are crisp and flavorful! The main dishes are, simply put, delectable. We have ordered from and eaten inside Cafe Fuzion handfuls of times since moving to the East Village, and we have never been disappointed! They are super happy to assure that any vegan requests are filled, the decor is lovely, the staff is super friendly. Just an all around great dining experience! :)

My husband and I ate here yesterday because Thai Flavors was closed. We got the vegetarian egg rolls, which were a bit salty but good, and the crab rangoon, which was only okay. I got the pad thai with 2 (out of five) stars for spiciness, and husband got the drunken noodles with 3 stars. We both love spicy food, but our meals were barely edible. Way too spicy, and way out of proportion to the number of stars. I couldve looked past that if it otherwise tasted good, but neither dish had any flavor and were pretty greasy. Thai Flavors is far superior and right next door, so definitely go there instead.

I will just tell you what I get. I start with papaya salad chicken wing sticky rice combo. heat 1-5, I usually get 3 which is plenty hot for me. there vege/pork egg rolls in addition ( if Im feeling saucy that day) and usually top it off with the best bowl of pho in town. Ive been a regular at other viet/thai/asian restaurants, and take it from me, best pho I have ever had. Also one of the best cures for the stomach ache/ head ache you might have the day after. Highly recommend this. I dont think I will ever stop eating there. Green vegetable curry another one of my favs.

Great experience from start to finish. Host was personable and attentive. Food was homemade and delicious. My girlfriend and I split two dishes, curry noodles and basil stir fry. The curry noodles were tasty and the basil stir fry was fresh, both big portions. Two people ate til stuffed for 27 bucks including Thai tea and crab rangoon. Will be back.

I was hoping for exceptional food and service due to the high ratings of other people. However, when I got there I ordered spring rolls and pad Thai. The spring rolls were good but the pad Thai was awful. The service was terrible too. 1st and last time I will be there. It felt kinda depressing actually. I highly do not recommend going there.

Food is always amazing & consistent; I normally order the crispy noodle & its never a disappointment! Pad Thai is awesome, eggrolls are delicious, & crab ragoons...yummy! Honestly, you cant go wrong with anything on the menu. Hard working owners & they love what they do, as well as, grateful to all of their customers!

Weve tried numerous Thai restaurants in the Des Moines area and surrounding suburbs including Cool Basil, Thai Flavors, Jasmine Thai, Nut Pob, etc... Fusion Café was THE BEST for Paid Thai—the perfect amount of sauce and ingredients hands down. Yummy!

Ive eaten here four or five times and each time it has been fantastic. The pho is really good and affordably priced. The spring rolls are also excellent. The service has always been very good as well. This is the best pho Ive had in town.

Feels like family. Every single time I go in I am approached and served very respectfully and it feels like a family atmosphere. Their food is amazing and quite amazing portion sizes for the price. Definitely would recommend a try!

I LOVE this place. I always enjoy the food here except for once. Felt like they left the chicken out for too long and had a weird taste. But i gave it another chance and its been great ever since :)

Ive been going here since it opened. The accolades it has garnered are well justified. Best phò in town, and best Pad Tai. Cozy atmosphere, and plenty of regulars.

Pho broth has good flavor. And the meatballs were excellent. Also they have forks in here proclaiming culinary victory from 2013-2015 so it must be good.

Omg, the drunken noodle was bomb. Get it at spicy level one though, you want to be able to eat all of it. The bubble drink was awesome too.

Great Service and food. Why go to Thai Flavors when authentic, good quality food is a couple hundred feet away?
