Went there last night to buy ice cream horrible experience. First off, it says 24 hours they are open on google search. It was 9:48 pm, three people were inside a female, a man and some else. They closed the store early before 10 pm which is on the store door last night. Bad business and management. Its Saturday night instead I went to Dairy Queen in Fairfield which gave me friendly customer service. They should close baskin Robbins Down because they have rude employees who dont care about the business and want to close the store early so they can either go out or run home. Then choose another schedule to work if you dont like the hours.

THIS IS NOT OPEN 24 HOURS. I went on a Friday night at 10:30pm, and the whole place was closed. Im from out of town (5 hours away where we do no have BR) and was really looking forward to having Baskin-Robbins because it is my favorite ice cream brand by far. But now Im severely disappointed.

Service not great, mainly because there are too few workers for what they are trying to do. They had no hot fudge, and the ice cream cones were stale. Usually we love Baskin Robbins but this place was very disappointing.

Their website says 24/7...we stopped there right before 11 and the place was locked with the lights on and 2 people inside
