I went there with my children and ordered a specific ice cream that comes with a cookie in it. I told him thats not the ice cream and he argued with me that it is. I said where is the cookie and he said you have to pay for that. Every other carvel that I have been too, it comes included.. because it is IN the ice cream. Then my child ordered a strawberry shortcake and said no hot fudge and he put it on anyway! I said we didnt want that and he said it comes that way. He started yelling an telling me why did I have my child order? After him yelling an being nasty, I threatened to call the cops and then he gave me the correct order. Very big language barrier on their part understanding English and the man working there, clearly had a problem with a woman telling him she wasnt happy with his service. He did not have that problem when the gentlemen in front of me asked for something and he gave him the wrong item. I will not be going back here again.

I have been monitoring them for some time now. They overcharge you for shakes and carvelanches. They will charge a fee for "extra toppings" when you only have your original 1 free included topping. They are easily cashing in at least $10,000 per year from illegally adding fees to your bill. Most people never question it because they dont see an itemized receipt. When I confronted the manager he said, "Its, OK!" and gave me my money back. Some legal action needs to be taken here!

RIP OFF!!!!! They still charge you for two ice creams Sundays even though they are two for one. The always come back with ohhh so sorry i make mistake and play the no English card. They had all their pre-made ice cream melt a few months ago and sold it anyway. I will never set foot in this store again!! The health dept. should shut them down!

Rude... Over priced... Soldier came in and asked to hang up a paper and he said he didnt speak English and then threw it in the garbage when she left! Dont support this store!
