Colchester is a small town, so as a big fan of Starbucks, Im thrilled they have a store here. Theres not much going on in this quiet town so if youre looking to socialize a bit, drink great coffee and have a bite to eat, this is your place! When I visit relatives here, this is my go to place which is always packed with people. I noticed yesterday theyre going to be opening up another store down the road near Stop & Shop. The staff are always outgoing and friendly!

Consistently a 2 star experience. No one will make eye contact with you until its your turn at the register. No one smiles. I sat at the bar and drank my drink and said to my friend that it tasted weird. (Totally within earshot of the girl working there.) No one cared. Between the quality of the drink and the quality of the service, I feel like I went to McDonalds.

My husband and I usually love Starbucks however this location is the most horrible location we had been to ever. The staff were rude and it took way too long to get a brewed cup of coffee and a cup of tea. Other customers were there as well complaining about the same thing. The shift supervisor wasnt any help either.

Parking lot is a little confusing to get into. Only Starbucks stop on the highway between Hartford and Providence. Good food selection for road warriors.
