There is a STARBUCKS at this location but the hours are funky. Not open weekends but open Monday thru Friday 5:30 AM to 6:30 PM. This wont change until Hartford becomes a 24 hour city. Just not enough people to stay open later or on weekends. The atmosphere and the coffee is great when theyre open, so come out and support your downtown Hartford STARBUCKS!

I do wish they were opened on the weekends but I do understand why they arent.. just not enough foot traffic. They used to be opened on Saturdays until 2 or so but was always empty. I love that theyre there thank goodness! Everyone there is awesome...

Its not so big. So when its busy its crowded. Its an inviting atmosphere. And the service is quick and friendly. There is seating. A great place for getting your coffee and leaving or stay for a while and people watch. Nice view of Downtown.

Awesome service. Wasnt there for me went for someone else. Im not a coffee drinker nor a mocha Lotta spotta chotta drinker. If you like those things I suggest you come here, not now, but right now. Im sure theyll keep the lights on.

A fairly efficient Starbucks, I always come here whenever Im in town for business. Staff is friendly and the bathrooms are clean. Not too much seating, so be prepared unless you get lucky.

I work nearby so Im always here. The people are great, always really friendly! They always get my drink right too...it does stay pretty busy...on nice days the line gets really long

Please have one extra on one employee conversations in private. It is not a good experience to hear what managers are saying to the employees while waiting for an order.

Always takes forever to get your order, the layout of the place is awful, the line is often gigantic, and theyve been known to mess up my order on multiple occasions.
