I really wanted a small cappuccino - you know, like one of those authentic ones, that are small and taste of coffee? I used my own cup, which is a 12 oz Starbucks reusable thing. Thats where things went wrong. You cant give a man a 12 oz cup and ask for an 8 oz drink. It just cant work. The barista gave me 12 oz of hot beige milk that I wouldve struggled to pick out of a line up as actually being coffee. I think the barista was on auto-pilot, frankly. He was just cranking them out. I confirmed with him that I wanted a small, and he nodded blankly, as if I got extra and should be grateful. So, it was rubbish basically.

The barista whose name is Logan proves that a barista that does or goes the extra mile really can make a difference in a Starbucks.. I did a special mobile order of a frappuccino I added everything but the kitchen sink which is my way, Logan took the order in stride... was very professional and did an exceptional job so much that I took a picture and will post it!!

The staff is attentive and timely! Drinks are made well. Establishment is centrally located and a good college hang out that is both cozy and upscale. Room temp runs cool though. Bathrooms are clean.

Great place to hangout during the evenings. The music selection is pretty good as well as the wooden tables. Take your laptop, get a hot coffee, put on your headphones and enjoy your work or read a book.

Given its the only location in a 70+ mile radius, cant complain. Pretty much what you expect from a Starbucks. After about a year of occasional ordering a few barstias started to remember my drink.

The building itself is quite nice, featuring a modern design and more local designs which consist of pictures of Hanover. Coffee, other beverages, and food is always spot on.

While the coffee and food are fine, coffeeshops should be a good place to study and socialize, both of which can be challenging to do because of the stores small size.

Large, clean space with plenty of comfortable seating. I really like they have two seats set into the walls of the old bank building. Baristas were fast too.

Consistently crowded and the wait is often 15 minutes from getting in line to getting coffee. If you time your visit right this is a great location!
