Everything about this Jack in the Box is just bad news! I had a coupon for a complimentary meal from Jack in the Box Corporate Office. The drive through attendant didnt know what it was. I told her to read it and she gave me a weird look. Then she called the manager and the manager advised me that they dont honor that type of coupon. I explained that corporate mailed it to me. The manager said that Jack in the Box Corporate has nothing to do with the restaurant and they cant do that. I called the corporate office the next day and the person I spoke with sounded really concerned. He called me back later and told me to use the coupon on my next visit. If they wont accept it to call the corporate office and ask for him. He said that they were going to have the manager attend training classes and also require that the employees attend training classes. He was very apologetic and he mailed me another two coupons for complimentary meals!

Very slow service on drive thru there joking around while there talking to you then they dont ask if you want condiments then I get home and chicken sandwich is cold and hard and it was dark brown burned I threw it away After one bite... So I also ordered 7 stuffed jalapeños and guess what they were also burned. ..go figure ..cheese inside was dry worst jack in the box ever never stopping there again ....

Service has changed. It was good for a few years but change of staff changed everything and the way the food is prepared, looks, and tastes. Its all very different. The wait in the long lines are not as it was beforw and the lock on the bathroom door could really pis one off literaly.

Gregorio the manager would not honor my coupon specific to this location. With little explanation why other than "We no take here" after trying to explain it shows this specific location only he would only deny it and say pay in full or nothing.

I went into jack in the box a couple of minutes ago. Um, a employee was really rude towards me. Please hire people who can speak proper English she seem to be frustrated at the fact I couldnt understand her. I didnt get my food.

Just your typical Jack in the Box here but this one has the added bonus of never getting your order right in the Drive-Thru. Its kind of like a surprise game they like to play.

The double combo jack is just great The way I like it mayo, mustard, ketchup, onions, lettuce,and doble 6/1 meat.. Medium size Burguer combo for great price.
