Making the phone call to place the order was a mess I tried to order 2 pancakes for my aunt the girl said that I could only get 3-5. She wanted me to getting the combo it would come out cheaper. I told her I dont want the combo. When I ordered for myself all I wanted was ham eggs and hash browns she said that it comes with pancakes and I told her I didnt want any pancakes so I said okay thats fine. She asked for my name and I told her my name is Michael. When I get there to theI hop I run in to the girl gisel who took the order over the phone she asked me what was the order and I told her. Then she asked me what was the name on the order and I told her Michael. She said ohh I put your name down as Christian. The way she said it like it was okay. No its not okay how could get the name of the order wrong. It just shows the lack of providing good customer service with little to no professionalism what so ever. Then I asked her why do you not do building your own combos any more. She said that we do but we dont. Wtf kind of answer is that. It shows that customer service has gotten real bad within the last two years. Im never spending my money anymore at that I hop .

The food was good but the service was horrible. It was very slow, so we expected service to be on point since there was only a few people in there. Once the server took our orders, we no longer saw her. Somebody from the kitchen brought our food to us and we didnt even get our drinks until it was time to pay for dinner. Luckily, the same worker from the kitchen who brought our food to us gave us our drinks. She should have been our server instead of that lousy waitress. Nobody checked on us to see if we needed a refill or ketchup or anything. Then, when it was time to pay the bill. The workers acted like they didnt check us out. My husband was like, "Do, they want us to dine and ditch." We payed our bill but we refused to leave a tip. Poor service should not be rewarded. Needless, to say we will never be back at this location.

The food is Great as usual like the others restaurants but I had a Very Bad Waiter lady !! Before I Get my Check I ask her Nicely if I can get A Box to Go she say yes at the Beginning but at the End I have to tell her 3 times to she can hand it to me she kept forgetting Then she bring me a plastic bag instead of the Box!!! Oh well no tip for that lady I guess!! So be aware of this... once in while you get a Terrible waiter.

I Honestly think this IHOP has great service the workers are nice and helpful, Ive been coming here for years now and never had to complain. Ive seen them solve problems really good and I honestly think its thanks to the manager . The other IHOPs are so rude even the managers but this one is your IHOP .

Ordered Chicken Florentine. THE WORST EVER! It came out lukewarm, sauce was extra thick. Nowhere near hollandaise sauce. I told the waitress and she said, what do you want me to ask them? She knew it wasnt right. I ate 1/2 of 1 ( because my husband said try it) and I couldnt take itI WONT BE BACK.

Bad service! Cashier has a bad attitude and the fried chicken dinner is horrible! They over cook the chicken so hard you can build a brick wall with it! I complained and still I had to pay for the dinner even after they changed my meal! I had to pay for two meals! Bad Bad Bad service!

Great service. Great food. Short wait each time Ive been there. I went during the week before 11am. I usually get the same waitress and shes awesome. I just hate the parking. The parking lot is always crowded so I have to park further. I guess a little exercise wont hurt.

The best IHOP Ive visited. I have been to many, Im so proud to say this IHOP is in Compton. The remodeled is gorgeous. Workers are great! Food is delicious!
