This is probably my least favorite Jack in the Box. Food... its a chain, its just like all the others as expected. The rest room is locked, you need to ask for a key, which isnt nearly as nice as 85% of the other stores, there isnt even a mirror. I know these protocols are in place because of its location, doesnt mean I have to enjoy it.

It helps if you just use the number system instead of naming the combo. E.g. "Id like a medium #7 combo" instead of "Id like a medium sourdough steak melt combo". It seems to get across better. Also dont ask for anything extra, like tomatoes or something, you probably wont get it. Maybe if you order it on the side. Good french fries tho.

Used to be good. But the service isnt very good. And the prices are kinda dumb. I got a teriyaki bowl: no veggies , extra chicken(aka the cheap chicken product ) and the bowl is only 4.99. They charged me 2.80$ for the extra helping of chicken. The bowl isnt any bigger than a small bowl of cereal. Like seriously jack !?!

Clean restaurant and friendly staff. They got my order right. The location is convenient for people traveling up into Tujunga Canyon. I only wish the homeless people werent hanging around panhandling near the entrance and in the parking lot. Some of them are a little pushy and yell at you for not giving any change.

This is the worst jack in the box I have been to. The drive through is set up bad. The employees are incompetent. There is always homeless people bird bathing in the restroom and panhandling outside. Its a miracle if they get your order right the first time.

They turn off the soda and shake machines every night, so you can only get orange juice or coffee, and thats only if your lucky. Terrible experience
