Went there for Taco Tuesday. The tacos looked OK, but they also offered a "prime rib chili skillet" that sounded good and low in carbs, so I thought I would try that. What showed up was a huge pile of nachos with some chili sprinkled on top. I mentioned to the waitress that this wasnt chili and she replied -- "its a skillet, the chili is underneath"...there was no chili underneath. Other than that, the atmosphere and food are good. Id hate to be nit picky, but if you are going to server nachos, you should call them nachos. My wife ended up eating the nachos and I ate a couple of the tacos (without the tortilla). The tacos were good.

Canyon Fireside Grill is a breath of fresh air! Great esthetic, friendly staff and management. Exceptional menu and most importantly delicious food, reasonably priced. Love the option of booths, semi private dining for groups and the patio space. I happened upon this place on a Monday when several other restaurants were closed. As a business owner I eat out frequently, excited to return and bring a guest.

Used to be really good. Salads are slimy from being made in the morning and sitting all day. Found a metal object in my mac & cheese - the server was really nice about it but the manager accused me of placing it in my food and then proceeded to tell me that they regularly "find rocks and other particulates" in their food but this was the first time hed seen metal.

This place was one of my weekly spots when I lived around the corner. They used to have a great steak sandwich, but as of last visit, it was no longer on the menu. My server was ok, she checked with the kitchen to see if they could recreate that sandwich, which they couldnt, so I just got a burger, which was ok...

Unpleasant experience Im afraid. The mac n cheese was very bland, kale salad was so so, the chicken was tasteless. Best part, water, wine, steak fries, and corn bread. Wait for food was too long, had to ask for more silverware, overpriced, and no complimentary bread. Wont be returning.

We go there at least 2-3 times per month for danceing and cocktails. It has always been a great time. The bar tenders Ashley and Matt are awsome and the waitresses and very good and always take good care of us thanks and keep up the good work. See you soon Mike Mercer

They were one of the only places nearby open for lunch on the 4th of July. Staff was nice, but the food was not very good except for the french fries. The normal cook probably had the day off. Maybe its better on a regular day, but I wont come back to find out

The owner of this place needs an attitude adjustment, along with his buss staff they need to learn how to keep their hands to them selves. I do not suggest that anyone visit this business. They just dont seem to appreciate their customers.

I was expecting more from this restaurant. Better tasting food, welcoming environment, something other than what i received. Came here for a friends birthday party for drinks and some snacks. It was okay, but I was left unimpressed.

We have been here several times this past year. Every time the service was excellent! Love the steak nachos and corn bread! From my husbands steaks to fish and salads for me, we always find the food delicious. I highly recommend!

This is a great local resturant. The staff is amazing and the service is superb. We frequent this restaurant for Sunday breakfast as well as lunch and dinner. We are never disappointed.

They are always out of something I want when I go there and have to get something different. Be it menu item or liquor always out of stock. Generally a very nice atmosphere though

The atmosphere was ok but was a 1980ish look. The service was very slow and we where the only ones there. The food was at best average. All in all I dont think we will go back.
