I think this place does have a lot of potential once they figure everything out. Today came in with my family and ordered 2 cheesy burgers, one with the add on bacon, the other with mushrooms. Also order kids chicken which comes with fries and a drink (which we upgraded to a junior milkshake) and a side of chili fries. We were informed it would take 10 mins...We sat down and my little ones shake came over quickly, a few more mins our food came out which we got Togo. After getting in the car I always check before leaving and saw we had everything except...the kids fries and our sauces we asked for, so my husband went back in to let them know and got a smidge of attitude but eventually got the fries and sauces. Upon getting home we open up our burgers to see no mushrooms (fine they didnt cost extra) but no bacon on the other as well! Which sucks when youre paying for it and dont have it...I think Ill wait awhile before coming back so the kinks can work themselves out...

Ordered the double cheese burger topped with lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, ketchup, mustard, and mayo. Cashier mentioned this was an "Our Way" burger except for one of the items I ordered. Added a side of fries and a drink ("combo" may be on the menu). Burger arrived with only mustard, ketchup and mayo so I sent it back. Burger and fries were very tasty and fresh. Service was very friendly and attentive with frequent employee pass-bys always asking how things were, what I thought of the food, and what they could get for me.

Visited here for the first time on 8/4. Staff was great , BUT this place was very unclean. Little hair, and eyelash hair laying everywhere. Including the inside of my provided cup. Extremely greasy burger. Just wasnt a good experience AT ALL. Hopefully this esablishment will get better with time. But my family and I will unfortunately never know, because thats the last time well be going there.

Fantastic service, great food. Burgers are a bit pricey for what they are (taste and buns similar to smash burger), but the fresh homemade chips makes up for it! Great alternative option to fries. You can create your own burger. Shake was okay IMO, nothing super special - I got junior Chocolate Oreo. Lovely little outside patio with shade. Too bad they dont serve beer! :)

Just happen to be in the area and popped in. Got a double bacon burger to go and did not eat it until the next day and was beyond surprised how good it was, bacon was real thick bacon and like 5 pieces of it, burger was very juicy and the cheese was perfectly distributed. Ill definitely go out of my way to go back there again.

Definitely best burger Ive had in a long time! Made how I liked it. Great sides. Make sure you eat before you taste the milkshakes as you wont be able to move! Above all really good atmosphere and family orientated service. Thanks guys and will be back to taste more of your huge menu!

Ordered the chicken BLT which came with one slice of tomato and completely burned piece of chicken. Sent it back and the second time the bacon was completely burned. We also ordered a burger which was bland and dry. Try any of the other places in town before here.

Ive been here twice and both times my burger was outstanding. One of the juciest burgers Ive ever had. Customer service is very good and everybody is courteous and seems to enjoy their job.

Classic burger and fries shop. They have milkshakes also.Had veggie burger, they were OK nothing special. There floor is very greasy, feet will slide apart just standing up.
