If you order catering online, do not expect to get what you order or for your order to be ready at the time requested. I placed an order online and went to pick it up and at that time was told that the order was not accepted because they do not offer the food that I ordered. Why they would offer food online that is not available in the store is beyond me. In addition, they make no attempt to contact you to let you know of the issue. So, when I showed up to pick up the order, this was the only explanation given, and no apology or solution was offered. They didnt even prepare the food that was ordered that they did have available. If I could rate this zero stars I would.

This is the worst El Pollo Loco I have ever been to. They are close to my office so we visit there frequently but lately the service and quality has plummeted drastically. The past 3 visits have been horrendous; completely botching an order repeated 3 times, forgetting dressings, and completely forgetting an item purchased. I am so incredibly disappointed with their service. If I had not had a mishap today I would not have written a review, but completely forgetting to put rice and beans in a toastada and then throwing it on the counter expecting me to telepathically know that it is my food is just unacceptable. They have lost my business.

This location has both a Pollo Loco and a Fosters Freeze. There is a salsa bar where you can get your own salsa. Drinks are all Unlimited. The chicken is cooked on a flame grill and they always have some chicken cooking so you do not have to wait too long to get your meal. The quantity of orders and customers coming through is so high that nothing is less than fresh. The menu board has options that are flagged as extra healthy. This is considered a fast food restaurant even though the food is about as fast food quality. The menu has quite a few choices so nothing to be worried about whether you have young or picky eaters in your family.

Every time I come here my order is messed up. Tonight we did the drive thru and I ordered the new chicken chipotle burrito but with NO sour cream. We for to the window and after a few minutes a woman just hands me a bag and says, "there you go." No confirming our order, no thank-you. Literally threw it at me and went away. First bite of my burrito was all sour cream. Normally I wouldnt care but this is one of their premium burritos which is on the same level as Baja Fresh or Chipotle. But obviously theyre still in the lower fast-food ranks if their service doesnt match their food

I always have issues with this Apollo Loco. Usually other locations are much better. The stop just is not on point. They always mess up your order and theyre always running out of stuff. It will be really slow and they have no ice in that ice machine and then they have no soap in the soap dispenser and theyll be a million people there that are working just standing around not doing anything. He really thinks cuz I really love the food but I cant stand the service makes me not want to go

i ordered 4 pc chicken and requested for the chicken to be "juicy"...the cashier forgot to put it on the order. When i told the other crew that i wanted juicy chicken, she asked the cashier rudely infront of me if he put it on the order. And then the other crew from the back screamed "she touched the chicken already" referring to me and the "well done" chicken. The food is great but the staff are rude and very unproffesional!

I went there around 6:30 p.m. 06/04/2017 . The cashier name is Elmer and manager victor. So went there to order 3 chicken legs and thighs I told him I want the $10.49 and he charged me $13.50. After that I was going to order another whole chicken but he said they dont have more ready for that moment. No PICO DE GALLO NO HOUSE SALSA THEY ONLY HAVE THE SILANTRO SALSA...AND VICTOR AND ELMER They are rude to the guests...

This is the only El Pollo Loco that I will not go to. I usually like their food and restaurants but this one is terrible. Unfriendly, poor service, dirty, wrong orders, food so-so, even by fast food standards. Its a shame because normally you can get a decent meal at El Pollo Loco....just not this one.

I went here 4 years ago and was very disappointed. I have been to this location about 10 times in the last 3 months and have been very happy every time (One time they folded my burrito poorly and I was bummed). Im really glad I decided to give El Pollo Loco another chance.

I realized today, that in the last three visits I have NEVER received what I ordered when I go through the drive through. Twice I have asked for a Shrimp menu item only to receive chicken. I am done with this place -- never again!

This location is clean and friendly. Weve only used the drive thru. Never had a problem, even got a free desert because we had to park and wait for 2 minutes. Cheap and tastes great every time.
