Mi Zacatecas is very unsupportive. Their Restaurant is literally in the same parking lot - very very short walk to my Sons school - Napa Valley Montessori- We asked them at opening time- if they would deliver a burrito for my son for his lunch and they said that the do not have anyone that could do this as she is by herself. She said that when her Manager gets in a 30 minutes she would be able to get the burrito there. I let her know that instead of $6.00 I would pay her $12.00 - $6.00 extra as tip. An hour goes by and I call again and ask her if the delivered- she says SHE COULD NOT as she is the only one there! LEFT MY SON HUNGRY! Not cool Mi Zacatecas! Not very community friendly!

Called at 6:58 pm and ordered my meal, they said it would be ready within 15-20 minutes and I said that would be fine. I showed up and paid a little after 7 pm and waited with my hungry, crying, young toddler. We watched as people who were seated got there meals... we watched while a man came in and ordered take out... and then it hit 7:50 pm and that man that ordered take out walked out with his meal. So at 7:58 pm I asked for a refund. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK. Oh and did I get a sorry or an explanation from the manager??? No... not a f** word.

Very generous servings, along with very reasonable pricing. Kind employees, gets busy during rush hour and on Friday nights! They still wont have you waiting long which is why I always come back. I always get the guacamole in the home made tortilla shell, its amazing. Only reason for four stars, is that they are not consistent. Some chefs will hook you up, others will put less on your plate. And it seems like they dont remember you, considering me and my wife go almost 4-5 times a month. Other than that amazing local place!!!

Went to lunch, chose our food from the listed menu. Food was a disappointment Luke warm wrong sauce, it took a very long time to get our food and then the BIG surprise, the prices where changed without us being told the price was higher than the listed prices. If it had been posted somewhere or told when we sat down. Thats ok but not after the meal. Sorry thats not how retail business works!!!

They really suck they give you a refill of your drink without telling you there going to charge you :-( also the almost forget about you it took them an hour to give us ower food and when they did they gave us the wrong food and they took the food and took them 30 more minutes

Pretty authentic food - Ill definitely come back if Im in the area and a have a hankering for Mexican. This place is also home to the most (for the the lack of a better description) mainstream American-sounding Mexican waiter weve ever met. He should be on radio or something!

Really delicious Mexican food, varied menu. There are menu items you dont see in many Mexican restaurants. Prices are reasonable, staff is friendly. seems like they have a lot of regular customers. It is a nice place to bring your family.

My husband and I had a great time at this restaurant. The waitress was very helpful and the food was very good. I had a "Siete Mares", a sea food stew, and it was delicious! Good portions and good price. Ill be back next time were in town.

Upstate you NEVER disappoint! Ive been here a handful of times and I am always pleased. It gets very crowded for their Oyster Happy Hour special, especially on Thursdays and Fridays. That is the only time I had to wait for a table.

Food was good... the waitress seemed like she was doing everything though. She would only check in every half hour or so... including taking our order and delivering it to us. My husband thought maybe she was the cook too!

Went right as they were closing . The gentleman who helped me was really a nice guy! He even gave me a bit if extra meat on the side for my toy poodle! The burrito was mediocre though..worth giving it another try though
