Food: 2/5 stars I was a fan of BK up to the 90s but sadly they have let it gone downhill in taste. The taste of hot flame broiled burger has no competition. But that alone cannot save a cold and limp burgers. And thats exactly what we have here. A lifeless burger made with minimum care. The burger was more soggy than juicy. Atmosphere: 2/5 stars Run down, broken soda machine that smelled like the sewer, drabby overall feel. Many clients are transients and tough looking. Service: 3/5 stars Nothing to complain. It was fast enough service but no one was in line before me. Expense: 3/5 stars Almost $8 for a Whopper Cheese combo. Not a bad deal but considered the low satisfaction level it was not a good deal either. Return: 2/5 stars Id not say never but It has been years since Ive been to a BK and itll be a few more years before u consider coming back. Overall: Average 2.25 stars.

Stopped in around 3PM (because McDonalds was packed!) ordered a Burger combo with coffee instead of coke and french fries, I asked if I should wait at the counter or go to a booth & was told to take the coffee & french fries to the booth & wait, I then was called to pick up my burger (I am handicapped & have difficulty walking (I use a cane) plus had just had a pacemaker implant 3 weeks earlier) I walked to the counter, picked up my burger, sat down & proceded to eat, the fries were cold as was the burger! I realized at that time why there were so many vacant chairs & booths and only 8 people inside, I only saw 2 employees, 1 girl & 1 young man both of whom seemed uninterested in doing their jobs & providing any kind of service.

Ive worked at a burger King for a whole year and not once have I ever seen someone wait 15 min for there food worst experience ever . Knowing people have to work and choose to go to this location and expect them to be fast with your order . What a shame morning manager needs to be changed I got there at 9:35am needed to be at work at 10am man never coming here again hope some sort of department sees this. By the way is was a simple crispy chuck and a order of 10 nugets

So bad customer service, they forgot my order. I waited almost 10 minutes until I told them where is my order. Only this manager said sorry to me, the another cashier did not feel any apologizes. Dont know how long were I going to wait if I didnt tell them forget my order. I would never come back again for this bad customer services.

The worst Burger King I ever had been to.. They are serving reheated food, and when you complain to the lady manager, she is the one who doesnt care for customers.. Weird people over there..
