I have been going to this location for a healthy salad and got much more! I know the process that a prep is required to do before releasing the food to public. I had a salad that should have been prepared on the same day, must not have been. I found old lettice in the middle of my salad, it is obvious that the salad was more than couple days old. I did advise the corporate of this and got a response from the manager Robert. I did advise him of what happened and he replied that the next meal is on him. Why would i want a next meal from them when they cant even simply prepare a simple salad with chicken. I refused and will never eat here again! I went for a healthy alternative and got much more! Fast lunch but great quality. Always come here for lunch and its consistently good. My favorite thing to order is the steak medium rare with a side of buttery mash potatos and a great salad. The assembly line moves pretty quickly and theres usually a place to sit. The meal has a nice touch being served on real plates with good silverware. The hibiscus or jamiaca tea is great. Highly recommend for lunch if youre in Downey.

My Co-workers and I had the friendliest welcome, from ALL the staff at Boston Market, I will go back again and again, and definitely take my family there for a good meal, and the food was magnificently delicious, YUM! The managers make sure not an extra ounce were served in the cups. We had to go back because they forgot several items and an associate told us he would give us extra soup cups after screwing up our order and waiting for 45 mins. The shift manager came and withdrew the extra cups of soup from our bag and just apologized.

Meatloaf looked & tasted a little funny, only ate half @ the restaurant, doggy bagged the rest... Got home had diarrhea. Wasnt sure it was the meatloaf tho, so i finished it. What followed was more diarrhea & a tummy ache. It was definitely the meatloaf that gave me food poisoning !!! Gonna call & let them know.

Chicken was soggy and the lady getting my food was giving me an issue about getting 3 legs on my platter..I dont eat breast..she told me she doesnt have a lot of legs when I asked for 3 legs..she was going back and forth with me about it then finally gave me the 3 legs..

Wow! Your Mothers Day was a flop here. Poorly managed, one cashier with a long l8ne and 15 minute wait to order. Manager Ana was too busy overlapping overs jobs serving food instead of helping customers. But props to the cashier, he was handling the circus with a smile.

The portion sizes seem like they got smaller and its not worth it for the price you pay. Also, during our visit one of the employees stormed out of the restaurant yelling and cursing saying she quit. That was a very awkward moment for us.

This is a good spot, if you are a smart shopper always looking to save money, then save your receipt, you can get a free meal on Saturdays with the purchase of another one, the food is good and they have table service.

Better than El pollo loco or kfc. Fresh and healthy. They closed a lot of these places down luckily one of the few that survived. The mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese are the best.
