Hoping the regional manager, Lori, reads these reviews. I used to work here as a shift supervisor for a year and a half and it was a fast functioning and friendly store. Our customers loved us and we knew everyones names and orders. Our manager Melissa was fantastic and kept a positive teamwork based environment. Now, a year later, management has changed and left the workers stranded. They are overworked, understaffed, and the store is falling apart. It greatly saddens me to see all the best workers quit Starbucks due to poor management that doesnt respect its employees needs. This store used to be great but unfortunately has gone way downhill. I would not publicly say these things if there were a way to contact the regional manager as a customer. Change is needed.

Starbuck is my favorite place to get coffee but this location wont cut it. Very badly kept up and the employees dont seem to care about anything, and that is saying alot. Retailers nowadays wonder why they are dying but seem to forget the simple things. This place is trashed outdated. Our servers did not even tell us our coffee was ready they just left it on a counter. They made a little girl wait and wonder which drink was hers because they would not announce it. Retail is dying because of places like this. Google is blocking some photos of this filthy location I took, so I apologize for not having some images.

THESE WORKERS HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THERE DOING! ordered a simple vanilla iced coffee, and she gives me something completely different and then blames it on the customer, being very rude. Isnt it there job to look at the recite. Never even apologized. Overall every experience at this specific Starbucks was horrible, and Im a die hard Starbucks fan!!this specific incident happened 08-27-11

Friendly, cohesive, attentive team. I used to be a DM under the SBUX family and have been into a lot of SBUX establishments over the years, and I could not help but to look up and smile multiple times at just how awesome of an environment they have going on here! Kudos to this team because the guests here are known by name and are just happy to be here.

I LOVE Starbucks, but this particular location is a bit rough. Crumbs everywhere, trash/recycling bin overflowing, grumpy employee at register, my drink sat complete behind the counter while the baristas discussed something else, and my pumpkin loaf arrived crushed in three pieces. Im not a complainer by nature, but this really stood out.

The bathroom was disgusting. The coffee is never made right. The girl making the coffee had the majority of her hair parted to the front of her head resulting in a piece of hair on top do the whip cream. Gross, poor management.
