Horrible experience! Ordered Venti iced coffee with mocha and an espresso shot. Bought 2 of them paid over $10. Had to wait too long for them. Customers that had ordered after me received there coffee before me. When I finally got my coffee it had no mocha flavor they only put 1 pump. So I paid extra for mocha for it to not taste like mocha. Then when we asked for more mocha the girl told us she already put 1 pump in there. Excuse me I paid for mocha coffee not coffee with a hint of mocha! And to top it all of 1 of the girls was standing around just talking and laughing distracting the one who was making the coffee. 3 employees working and still had to wait. Wasnt even that busy at the time we were there. They walked around like lost sheep. Just horrible experience overall regret paying for such horrible coffee. Will not recommend and will never go back there. Dunkin Donuts sounds really good right now.

Wost Starbuscks experience ever! After waiting 10 min for the barista to finally greet me. I ask for a Venti Java chip (come to mind almost $6 for a drink) i finally get my drink and it tasted HORRIBLE! I tell him thos does not taste good and he responds "well it is a java chip and it should taste that way" i was blown away and when i asked for a refund he he cannot give me a refund when i responded I deserve a refund or a good drink said hell go ahead and make it again. He was aggravated at the situation and while he was making it he was throwing everything around, making the whole situation awkward. They need to retrain these reps abput good customer service!!!!

everytime caffee mocha here taste like warm milk, 6$ for warm milk ? no thank you. its so hard, actually it is imposible to taste coffee , expresso shot in it. like seriously ? what s up ?????? do you even usee expresso ? or warm up milk and add some mocha ! mad !!!!!! fix it ! there is dunkin donuts at this oasis, i alwasy thought starbucks coffe is stronger. but try coffee from dd, add turbo shot (expresso) and feell the difderence you not going sleep soon. ! boom ! in your face starbucks !!!!!

Very bad experience. Ordered my coffee. The black guy with an affro and the white guy with long hair made my drink and let it sit on the counter while they made drinks for 4 customers who ordered after me. It took me asking for my drink for them to give it to me. I waited 15 minutes and there wasnt anyone in ahead of me in line. These guys need to get fired for their bad service. I wish I could get my money back because I didnt enjoy the coffee by the time they gave it to me. Bad experience.

NEVER GO HERE!!! The employees were arguing with each other. Peoples drinks were getting "lost" forgetting to be made. When I asked for my money back for a drink I never received a manager finally came out the back and acted like I was the one doing something wrong and never apologized for his staff when I alerted him to what was going on. Will drive 10 miles out of my way to go to a different Starbucks.

Slow service! I could not even enjoy my drink because it was thick and chunky. I ordered a chai tea latte which is not a thick and chunky drink. It was a waste of money and I will never go to that Starbucks again!!!

Ordered two mochas and I swear they left the coffee out. Im drinking watered -down hot chocolate. Cant return it because youre back on the highway. Avoid this place or taste your drink first before you go!

Dont know what theyre doing, and charge me double for syrup. Call coffee is supposed to get two pumps of syrup grande three pump. I told them I only want 2 pounds and a tall and they charge me per pump.

Starbucks! What can I say. Try the blonde roast, it has more nuance than the standard Pike Place roast, which is pretty dark for the industry average.
