I was very disappointed in this restaurant! It has really changed We waited 5 minutes to get seeded another 10 minutes before a waitress got over there and 20 Minutes To get our food!And when we got there there was only 2 people in the restaurant very bad service then I went to the bathroom and the floor so so sticky your shoes or sticken to the floor!!! Where did the old Perkins go the service is nothing like it used to be I used to like going in there but Im very disappointed and I dont know if Ill ever go back !!!!!!!!!!!!

Went to Perkins in Rice Lake for a Mothers Day Lunch. It was so cold in there, one couldnt even enjoy their meal or the people they were with. My food was even cold. This is Wisconsin people, we dont need air conditioning in May. Lucky for me, I was wearing a sweatshirt and jeans, my lunch dates had not dressed for a blizzard. I think Long Johns and mittens would have been a good choice. How was the service? excellent..How was the food? COLD....

This place is a joke! The last three times I have tried to get food from Perkins in rice lake they have messed up my food every time! The first two I had to make a second trip to get my food fixed and the third they refused to (how hard is it to cook two orders of fries so they are not soggy and really greasy?!?) Also their portions are getting smaller and the food just keeps getting worse! (I use to like to eat there) very disappointed!

I arrived got my to-go order walk to my car checked my order and they had forgotten my daughters fruits and bacon I walked back in and they took forever to get me the rest of my order and then I got back to the hotel and they had forgotten to give me the juice The Tingler murder Burger I received from this place taste it horrible the meat tasted like a fake Patty the fries were cold and they did not even give me a side of ketchup

Food is just OK. Ordered poached eggs and they yolk was hard. Told the waitress and had to ask to get them remade. When it is busy, it can sometimes take a little while to get service. All that being said, the muffins are great and 99 out of 100 times, the food is pretty good.

Good food. And somewhat friendly staff. There was a hostess who practically threw the menus at us and slammed our silverware down. The menu fell on my lap and my silverware came out of my rolled napkin. Very disrespectful. Our waitress on the other hand did a fantastic job.

I liked good food and the fast service. The parking lot looked quite full, and we had our doubts about it, but it wasnt a long wait. The waitress ( Issi ) was helpful with a coupon discount that I had on my phone (but had not printed off).

Not what I expected. Took an hour to get food. Same time got charged half BLT sandwich with nothing else for $8 and had non paid customers working when shouldnt of been. Also a drunk cook what servers mentioned.

No muffins or pancakes. How do you run out of pancakes? Food was cold. Eggs were not cooked right and waitress kinda stared at us for two mins after receiving food. Will be the last time we go there.

Found a sticker in my corn. Expiration date type sticker. Staff took a while to serve us when it wasnt particularly busy. Manager dealt with the sticker issue and refunded my meal.
