We were seated at a table that was still dirty when there are plenty of clean ones around. We had to ask our waitress for things multiple times and she openly admitted twice that she just forgot. If we ask for multiple things she would only bring one at a time and we would have to remind her of the next thing. We had a question about the pie which she didnt know an answer to and claimed she couldnt find her manager to ask him. She asked someone else and then forgot to give us the answer. After we asked her for the answer and she gave it to us she later came back and told us that her manager so that that was the incorrect answer. My husband asked for scrambled eggs with his Meal instead of french fries and she gave me $2 up charge without letting us know that there would be an upcharge. We ordered a kids meal with grilled cheese and soup and she charged us for an adult soup added on to the kids meal. She never came back to bring us our check and after waiting 10 minutes we decided to go to the counter to pay without a check. At that point she came out of the kitchen and apologized and upon printing our check we noticed both up charges and another girl had to come and remove them. She also forgot to add on a slice of pie which we told them about and they said that they would add it and then forgot. After leaving we also realize that they never gave the kids their cookies that come with the kids meals. This specific Perkins was definitely not an enjoyable experience due to the inadequate staff. Worst Perkins weve ever been to food-wise as well. Sausages were undercooked, eggs were overcooked, soup was way too thick, the kids meal cheeseburger came out unassembled and about to fall off the plate, and the fruit was not fresh. It took way longer to be served than other Perkins restraunts. Wont ever go to this one again!

I am from out of town, walked over to this perkins for a Steak diner this evening. I was first passed up and two women were seated before me although I was on the list first, when I was seated, the waiter was cleaning tables first then decided to take my order. I watched him for 10 minutes making eye contact with him twice. When I ordered, I ordered the steak and shrimp and wanted a salad with ranch dressing before my meal, NEVER received the dressing, pretty tough to eat a salad without dressing. Then, sat there for another 45 minutes waiting for my meal and for the waiter to bring my dressing, when he returned, he served everyone else FIRST that ordered AFTER me, then bringing my meal, there was NO baked potato as ordered, the broccoli was cold and wilted and I specifically asked for NO MUSHROOMS, when my meal came, as stated, no baked potato, broccoli was cold and wilted, no tarter sauce for the shrimp and the shrimp was cold. THIS IS HOW PERKINS CONDUCTS BUSINESS? PRETTY POOR! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PERKINS TO ANYONE! IF there was a minus to the stars, they would no doubt receive a minus 5 stars for the way I was treated here.

Stopped at this location at 8:00 on a Sunday night. Ordered hot chocolate which came out lukewarm at best; chicken noodle soup which came out cold, was sent back to the kitchen and still came back cold; and had the ultimate nachos which came out sans salsa as cheese. Had to request queso and salsa be brought out and still had to wait another 10+ minutes. While waiting for food and after eating I noticed the 3 members of wait staff on duty didnt even clean up or bus tables. Tables and placesettings remained dirty for the entire duration of my visit. This location has failed to meet my expectations for an eating establishment since there were failures at all levels to address my needs as a customer ranging from the wait staff, the cooks, and the manager. P.S. - the bathroom was so dirty I decided to hold it until I got home.

Was greeted at the door with a friendly hello and a smile. Asked for a booth and was told that I could sit anywhere that I liked....(i sat in a booth closest to 33rd Ave to watch ppl and cars go by) My waitress Miss Emily was cheery and offered a few suggestions for breakast (i got the Grannys Country Omelette). The food was delivered quickly and was hot. The omelette was excelent, the coffee was great since Miss Emily put it right in my travel mug for me. This was probably one of the best visits Ive had in this location and Ive been coming here since I was a kid..... I might even get a Mammouth Muffin on the way out the door ......(Strawberry Cream Cheese maybe.....?) Perkins hit a home run with me today! Great Job!

Stopped in during the middle of the night, didnt expect much, but it was pretty busy. At least 5 or 6 tables full of people, and only one waitress. She did a great job, but it was so busy that nothing could possibly be done about the long waits on everything (again, not her fault). It wouldnt have been a problem if the food had been edible at all. Unfortunately, my pancakes, eggs, biscuits, and tater tots were all obviously poorly reheated several times. Everything was so tough, it as literally like eating flavorless cardboard. The bathrooms were pretty dirty, and the ambiance was pretty standard Perkins. All in all, we received our food and didnt even bother eating it. We paid and just left, unfed.

First time using this chain, was really tasty. I got the bacon pancake strips and a cinnamon roll. I originally ordered the cinnamon strips but they stopped making them although they still had them on the menu. Hubby ordered a egg and potato meal. The potatoes were so crispy and delicious that I kept snagging them from his plate! Coffee was Quite Strong! The host had been working there over 30 years and he was so entertaining! He shared lots of history with us since we were asking questions about the restaurant. Waitress was great, as well! Would have loved to get some goodies on the way out but we were stuffed!

This place doesnt even deserve a star. I have been to this location twice. First time was on a Sunday afternoon during the church rush. We had to wait at least 15 minutes to even get a drink order in, waitress left then came back 10 minutes later asking what we wanted to drink. The food took forever and was cold and wrong when we received it. Waitress never came back after she dropped off the food. We thought the second visit was SURE to be better, nope. Waited 20 minutes to order, and only ordered pie, didnt get it for another 30 minutes. WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

Giving this Restaurant a star, is way over than what they deserve. Came here at around 1:30, waited over an hour for food and then the waitress goes to tell me that she forgot my food. crappiest service Ive ever had at Perkins franchise was at the SW side. Also noticed that a group of people came in and got seated, then that group waited to order food for 25 minutes. Other people were coming in and getting served while the group waited and then they left. Either the management or certain individuals need to be executed for crappy actions.
