Great service as the commenter below indicated, but I do agree you need to check your bag when going through drive through. I have called and complained twice to the corporate offices and since my last call I have not had a problem. This has been probably about 4 months since it last happened. I visit tbell probably about 3 times a week. Yes, Im a dedicated fan :). I have had problems with other ones forgetting items. The best solution is to call the 800 number on the back of the receipt. Make the complaint and they will eventually count/check items before they hand them to you. Call them directly and you might get a free item, but you arent helping to elevate the problem to the proper levels. Again though, this tbell has mostly extremely friendly employees and are very nice and helpful. Only one in my close area, so I visit it frequently. Cant complain much. Frequent missing items from any tacobell will be the chili cheese burrito. This is because they have to stick it in a separate heating thing and i think this can be typically forgotten. Ive seen it time and time again at many different tbells. As long as they make things right(which this one does) I am extremely satisfied with them. Love, A big TBELL fan!

My experience here at this location, dealing with samantha was terrible, fully embarrassed to the max. I always come to this location and always order the same thing with out any problems, my meal was supper to have 4 hard shell tacos and i got all 4 soft no problem I asked if I can have them hard in exchange Ill give them the soft ones back un touched and samantha who took my order turned around loudly and said she had a attitude and I know what she order, first off that was embarrassing to me cause their was a lot of people in their all starring at me and Im also pregnant and walked all the way from 92 and bluemound in the rain just to eat. Like come on now taco bell what kind of people are you hiring these days.

Yesterday was my first time going and I will never be back first of all hire enough people if you dont have enough people waited a short time to order but waited damn near 20 mins do get my food they were more concerned with the drive thru orders instead of customers workers were disinterested very unprofessional with low customer services skills bitching about how someone is late coming in thus complaining about how they hate their jobs which is nothing to discuss around customers. It also took me 20 mins total to get a damn bag to go me and my daughter waited 10 mins twice for a bag while a worker just look at us and keep making drive thru orders smh get it together Taco Bell I was so pissed.

I am usually not one to complain about service online. But tonight I just had to for this place. It first took about 10 minutes just to get to the speaker. When I finally got to the window they got my order completely wrong and gave me someone elses. I immediately parked and went inside and they right away knew why I came in. They finally gave me what I ordered but the food was the definition of sloppy. It looked like they did not even care. It was bad enough for me not to even finish it. That all happened probably as a result of not having a person in charge because it seemed like a bunch of amateurs running the store

Sloppy food, long waits, employees with poor attitudes, and if you order online there is no guarantee itll take any less time. If you go there at noon you can hear people more often than not having to get refunds since they ran out of time for their lunch break and their food wasnt done. One time I went there and heard employees literally screaming at each other. Also, there have been multiple times I went in for breakfast and there was no one at the counter. Id stand there for 5 - 10 minutes with no service or even a sign of life before Id just leave.

It is close to my work so I go there occasionally, but i do not like this one. Last 3 times I have gone in there has been no one at the front counter, or they are doing something and dont acknowledge me. Then I get to stand there awkwardly while the manager yells at the employee that is finally trying to take my order. The food is. Taco Bell, but this place sometimes has a small amount of meat in one part of the food for like 2 out of 10 bites, and they WAY over do the cheese so the food is hard to eat.

This location has an employee who is stealing credit card info. They take down your number, and hand key in an order, then refund it for cash and pocket the cash. They have stolen about $95 from me over the past 2 weeks. Then he used my credit card number to buy something for $183 from a T-Mobile store. $270 down the drain and neither the police or Taco Bell cares. If you wan to be the victim of financial fraud, you should definitely visit this Taco Bell.

Terrible.... can not get an order right to save their lives. Got a cheesy gordita crunch, unwrapped it when I got home found out it had absolutely no lettuce or tomatoes. The bean burrito had lettuce in it. No tomatoes on the chicken taco supreme. When I called to talk to a manager, the management was too "busy" to talk to me... guess we wont be going back to this location.

I gave this place three chances. Three strikes later they got my order messed up each time. Not only was my order wrong each time, but the food was very messed up, burnt black, or very cold. You can tell the employees at this place, much like at many other taco bells in this city, do not care at all for their job or for the customer. Avoid at all costs.

This is the worst Taco Bell Ive ever been to. The service is extremely slow and unprofessional. The area where the cook was working was a mess, the cashier and cook where more interested with talking to each other than making orders. And on top of that I was never properly greeted. No hello no how are you no welcome to Taco Bell. Awful service.

On 8/29/15, from 6-7pm. The drive thru wait was 20-25min wait per vehicle, we are talking a drive thru that consists of 4-5 vehicles from order menu to pick up window. Unacceptable wait time for fast food. Would have posted the complaint on their site, but the cashier never gave me a receipt for store code and receipt #. Wont be back.

Best taco bell in the Milwaukee area! Actually, best taco bell in South Eastern Wisconsin! Used to go to the one on Hwy 100 and National Ave in West Allis, but that one is by far, the worst one! Talk about 20+ minutes in the drive-thru! Anyways, this one = food always hot and fresh, staff excellent and drive-thru super speedy.

This place is terrible! I have attempted a handful of times to order and there is always something wrong - computer system is broke, only accepting cash, etc.. The few times I actually ordered they didnt have half of what the family wanted because they were out or it was out of order. Ridiculous they dont even deserve A star.
