Terrible experience. I sought help after I was robbed. Im not from around the area but I figured I could find help from someone if I talked to the manager. I talked to the manager and she seemed legitly conserned and compassionate and said hang on let me see what I got were I and if she can help. 2 mins later a waitress came back and said real fast, "sorry my manager got a phonecall and is busy and she told me to tell you shes got no money for gas and theres no help here". I turned walked out got in my vehicle sat for a second and noticed that there was like 5 people standing by the door staring at me and laughing. I went there embarrassed enough having to ask for help, to be turned away and became the laughing stock of the establishment. It was a god awful experience and I dont wish that upon my worst enemy. I eventually sought help with the police department and it was there that I was actually able to find any kind of help.. Thank you Wauwatosa Police Department for all your assistance. Through all the horrible people I came into contact with last night and not one person helped a woman crying begging for help because I was robbed, I question what is this world coming to. What the heck if the shoe was on the other foot and it was one of you or one of your own children this happened to and no one came to help. Think about it. Have more compassion for others you never know the hell theyve just gone through. Open your eyes people, what kind of world is this place gonna be when my children are all grown. At least Im teaching them how important personal integrity is and what compassion is all about. And to anyone who was wondering and laughing thinking I was drunk. I blew .000 BAL. Thank again World of Beer. Im glad I get freedom of speech because others need to hear. How I was treated. I hope this was an eye opener for you.

First time here, went on a Saturday late after toon to avoid the busy time. Wasnt busy as we hoped and our waitress was very friendly and didnt even need to write down our orders for a table of 4 and had them all correct. Place has a wide variety of beers as well which was a big plus for me. We saw great ratings on google which is why we decided to check this place out. The reason for the 3 star rating is because 2 out of our 4 dinners were extremely over cooked. I was hoping he waitress would of at least asked, " how was everything?" Just as most waiters/waitresses do. This question was never asked to see if we even enjoyed our meals. Was more than willing to give this place a second chance until they didnt have the courtesy to ask how the meal was. If youre just coming for a drink then I think this place will do the job just fine. However I wont be visiting again for the food. Hope this helps future guests.

This place just opened up so I figured I would give it a try. Nice atmosphere inside with good decor. Service was ok, had to get the bartenders attention more times than we should have for the amount of people in the bar. It just opened so I can see that they were working out kinks, but they should be overly accommodating since they just opened. FYI, this is not a place to buy shots -- at $8/shot I felt like I was at the hotel bar down the street. Also, I was disappointed that after closing my tab they dont give you an itemized list of what your bill consists of, just a $ Total. They were able to give me a list when I requested one, but it should have come standard. Ill probably be returning soon and seeing if they did iron out any of the kinks... I hope so.

World of beer has a decent selection of beer on tap. The only issue is that they often run out of whats on their menu. Totally understandable, but be prepared to be told to pick something else off the menu. The food is actually pretty good but World of Beer just doesnt feel like a place that is conducive to sitting down to eat dinner. Its definitely positioned as a place to come for happy hour, and I can see the appeal of that. Its modern and swanky looking inside, and my only complaint about the atmosphere is that it was perhaps a notch or two too loud to carry on conversation comfortably. I needed to shout to be heard. I could see this being a fun place for trivia or watching sports, moreso than just stopping in randomly for a drink or a bite to eat.

Pretty nice layout and location. Parking can be a bit difficult to get during business hours. You might have to go around down the block and park on the street (safe neighborhood). Knocking one-half star off for corporate treatment. Their customer service isnt very helpful at all. As always, drink prices are a little on the premium side, so another half-star off for that. Happy hour prices arent too bad. I would skip the food there, although it really isnt that bad, and go to Mos across the street though!

Great food, great beer selection, reasonably priced, but the best thing about our experience was the service. Thomas was legendary! He even gave us directions to a flag store. People think the Empire State building or Mt Rushmore are worth driving across the country for, but the best part of our trip was definitely Thomas. Im also considering starting an indiegogo campaign to get Thomas carved onto Mt Rushmore right next to George Washington. We miss you Thomas!

This place may JUST be my new fave spot. They have a great laid back atmosphere. Came at happy hour with a few friends. Ordered everything on the happy hour menu. Especially loved the tavern tots. Yummy. They have board games, which I have NEVER seen.lol. how fun! Played a little scrabbled and enjoyed some great live music! If you guys havent been, please go! The staff are fast and friendly. Definitely will be returning.

Arrived at 08:50 PM on Wednesday 07/20/2016 for a couple beers. Enquired with the waitress inside about seating outside, its seat yourself so we did. Decent atmosphere outside. There were two other tables outside all with beer and food. However, after 11 minutes of waiting with absolutely no service or even recognition whatsoever we left, seemingly unnoticed. Just fantastic customer service...never going back.

The food was delicious and the beer was excellent. I I enjoyed the Chimay Burger and a nice dark creamy beer called polygamy Nitro. Our server Jake really helped us enjoy the experience he was very knowledgeable about paring the right beer with our entrees. They have adequate parking and handicap access. There restrooms are clean and very modern. Theyre easy to find on Highway 100 and Bluemound.

Great building! nice and open to their covered patio. It has nice tables and chairs and couches. HUGE beer selection and pretty good food. My chicken sandwich was a little overcooked, but it couldve been saved if they had put the chipotle sauce on the chicken instead of on the bun. The waitress was really nice, and helpful. I was able to bring my dog and they had a water bowl for him.
