Beware their bakery. Sub-par products (I mean really, who do they think they are, covering the ends of their cannolis with walnuts that are DYED GREEN and trying to pass them off as pistachios? I thought they were a gourmet grocery store, but I guess pistachios and not trying to trick the customer cost too much for them). Sub-par service, inflated prices and mediocre product selection (it would be nice if you had more than just Deans cheese products and then the other tiny section at the other side of the store) Bottom line: Marianos is better and is only about a mile away.

We stopped at this store to shop and also ground 1/2 lb of our own coffee. They lectured us for that and were rude in general. The floor attendant and the cashier talked about us and pointed at us - very embarrassing. I sent them a comment online. They promised to look into it and get back to us "shortly", but... they forgot. I put 2 stars instead of 1 only because they replied online at all. Luckily, there are so many better stores around.

Okay, its a little expensive, but you get what you pay for. The customer service is great, the food is awesome, and its very easy to get in and out fast, which is why I like going there on my lunch break. Their pre-made chicken caesar salad is probably the best Ive ever had! Their tuna salad is also very good. They have a hot bar too and sushi and lots of ready to go options. Theres even a cute little area to eat upstairs. Love it!

Not only is it easy in/easy out grocery shopping, theres one thing I have learned to love. And that is the Friday salmon sandwiches in the fish/seafood department. The grill is fired up each Friday and you can order your salmon sandwich customized the way you like it. I now have something else to look forward to on Fridays!

They really care about their customers! Everyone here is so welcoming, and kind. I prefer this one than the Libertyville location; which is closer to home. I rather drive farther for better customer service! Plus they always seem to have better sales. Like the Krakus ham is so much cheaper in Long Grove.

Great ready made meals. Yummy stuffed cabbage, teriaki chicken and salads. Excellent service. They work to make sure customers are pleased. Look for organic meats, vegetables and good wine selection.

These people understand customer service. I always feel like a VIP here, and the curbside grocery loading after shopping is wonderful. I just wish the prices were a little lower.
