The Ideal is Ideal. Bob and John sold out recently. The new owners are already running a successful business two doors down. A deal was cut for things to remain, Ideal. Mary Mary Mary is still there three nights a week. We LOVE Mary!

This place is garbage. Bartenders are super unfriendly and rude, the environment is trashy and boring. Dont waste your time. This place should be called The Buzz Kill Bar. Or, as someone accurately changed it to, the Ordeal Bar.

One of the last real East side neighborhood bars. Cheap, strong drinks. Excellent, non-internet jukebox. Back smoking patio with pretty Xmas lights. Tip your bartender, please. Especially Mary. :)

Great bar with strong, cheap drinks. The bartenders are great, they have daily specials M-Th, 2 pool tables, and the atmosphere is totally chill. Plus, who isnt into an old school jukebox?

No frills neighborhood bar. Just fine if all youre looking to do is drink without being all that noisy. Otherwise, you might look elsewhere.
